We had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Pattaya by IHG, and it truly exceeded our expectations as a family-friendly hotel.
The facilities are outstanding—clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed for both adults and children. The pools, kids’ areas, and common spaces are very well maintained, making it easy to relax while knowing the children are well taken care of. The hotel’s location is also extremely convenient, with easy access to the beach, nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport, yet it still feels comfortable and secure for families.
A very special mention goes to Quito, the Recreation Supervisor. He was absolutely exceptional in his care for the kids and in running the children’s programs. Quito is warm, attentive, energetic, and genuinely invested in making sure every child feels welcomed and engaged. Our kids looked forward to the activities every day, and as parents, we felt completely at ease knowing they were in such capable and caring hands. His professionalism and passion truly set the kids’ program apart.
Overall, this hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. We are especially grateful for staff like Quito who go above and beyond to create meaningful experiences for families. Highly recommended, and we would definitely return!
