There were other people's hairs on the bed, maybe the cleaning staff didn't do a thorough job. Otherwise, the environment and facilities are great, and the hotel service is excellent. Even though it's an executive floor, the view is still quite good. The room is also very spacious. The swimming pool, gym, and breakfast buffet are all good.

The breakfast was plentiful, and the location was great – quiet yet convenient for getting anywhere. The service was also very warm and welcoming.

Everything about this place is perfect. Especially these days, with fewer visitors, it's cleaner and more pleasant than usual. A big plus is that you can use the facilities of both the new and old wings, regardless of which one you're staying in.

First time in Singapore, I booked the M Hotel with the initial thought that it would be convenient for getting anywhere. Turns out, it's both convenient and not-so-convenient at the same time! The room is quite spacious, and the facilities are standard. There's no bottled water, but I figured out how to use the water heater. The front desk staff seemed to understand Chinese, but also appeared reluctant to speak it.

Good. The view is excellent. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store right downstairs in the lobby, and they have a wide variety of items. There are three types of pools: a children's pool, a deep pool for adults, and a large communal infinity pool.

The outdoor pool is fantastic, and the room on the sea-facing side of the Bay Tower was completely noise-free. It's a five-star hotel, but the lack of a bathtub in the room was a definite downside – the facilities don't meet the standard. Breakfast selection was just okay, not particularly varied. Overall, the hotel is grand and clean, with very new decor and facilities, and the location is super convenient.

The hotel has a great location, with a 7-Eleven nearby. The room has a balcony where you can relax and clearly see the sea. All the staff are lovely and always smiling. The spa massage was excellent, and the swimming pool has a beautiful sea view.

Booked a high floor and the night view was decent. The room was clean. I like staying at this hotel; it's conveniently located and the food and beverage options are plentiful.

Right by the sea 🏝️, the location is unbeatable. It's super close to Tiffany's Show, just behind the hotel. It feels bigger and is nicely renovated compared to other Holiday Inns. There are two pools, which is a great touch, and the staff are all very enthusiastic. The hotel's ground floor restaurant serves a buffet breakfast in the morning and a great bar for dinner in the evening.
