Holiday Inn PATTAYA by IHG

The kids' club is only for children under 5-6 years old, but it lacks toys. To access the Mini Harbour Land, kids need to be over 6. Therefore, the activities for children under 5 are not really worth it; this place is much better suited for older kids.

I stayed here last year and was so satisfied that I booked it again this year. The facilities are clean, and the nearby ocean view is an absolute must-recommend!

The hotel has a great location with access from both sides. The food and dinner at the restaurant were just average and nothing special. The kids' pool had very few play facilities and equipment, but the beachfront pool view is fantastic. Room cleanliness was good, but you have to pay a higher price for a sea view room.

I used to always book through IHG. Now that my member status has been downgraded, I used Trip.com this time. Although I didn't get a room upgrade, this hotel is as great as ever—the location, the room, and the view. Easily the best value and top choice in central Pattaya.

Great service, friendly staff, delicious and varied breakfasts, renovated kids' club, plenty of water slides, and fantastic relaxation areas by the pools. Highly recommend to everyone!!!!

The room was clean and hygienic, and the swimming pool has lots of kids, making it great for family trips. It's close to the beach and not far from Terminal 21 either. Very convenient.

The room faces the ocean directly, and being on a higher floor offers an amazing view. Even the bathtub has an ocean view. The room is bright and clean, and the sofa is big enough for a child to sleep on alone. However, there is only one room of this type per floor, so you need to book well in advance.

The hotel offers a nice view from the terrace and is very conveniently located, making it easy to get anywhere. In terms of star rating, I would only give it four stars because there are still many areas for improvement. For example, daily room cleaning is inadequate. On my first day, the pair of disposable slippers I was given had already been worn—there was a burn mark on the sole, likely from a cigarette, which suggests they might be reusing them.

Infinity pool: Located on the 4th floor of the Bay Tower, facing Pattaya Bay directly, offering stunning sunset and evening glow views. Kids' pool + waterslide: A separate children's pool equipped with a water slide. Breakfast has a fairly good variety, but don't go too late. We arrived just before closing once, and most of the food was gone with no replenishment. On our last day, after checking out, we relaxed in the hotel lobby. There are charging outlets available, which was very convenient.
