The hotel had a nice lobby and check-in was quick. My room had a nice view, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy. Breakfast was average, nothing special. It’s an acceptable option for a short trip.

Sheets needed to be changed due to staining from previous guests.
Easily changed but all sheets seemed to have some kind of stain.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the train station and Malioboro street. The staff is very kind, always smiling and ready to help, which we really appreciated.
However, the rooms are quite old and not soundproof at all. Our first room was next to another hotel, and we were tormented all night by the loud noise of their air conditioning system — it was literally impossible to sleep. We asked to move to a quieter room, and the staff kindly helped us. Unfortunately, the second room was on the street side, and it was also very noisy, with constant traffic and motorcycles passing by during the night.
On a positive note, the breakfast is very rich and tasty, with many local options. However, if you prefer Western-style breakfast, the options are quite limited.

Spacious room and comfortable pillows. Elevator to 4th floor is quite far from receptionist, quite a hassle if got many lugagge 😅 breakfast not that good, cafe ac not quite functioning
