I stayed here for several nights during my trip, and this hotel was truly the most delightful surprise of the entire journey. The room was spacious and well-arranged, with all the amenities neatly organized and excellent attention to cleanliness. Anna, our butler, provided incredibly warm and thoughtful service, giving us travel tips for the surrounding area in advance, which made our outings much easier. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and we were very satisfied every morning. The soundproofing was great, allowing us to rest well after a day of exploring. The service was genuinely sincere, and many small details showed how much effort the hotel puts in, adding a lot of happiness to our trip.

My stay at the InterContinental Century City Chengdu was absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting or traveling in the South City area. First off, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, directly opposite SKP, so getting around is a breeze. Public transport accessibility is top-notch. The room's cleanliness was also excellent; the king-sized bed was soft, flat, and spotless, and the dry/wet separation in the bathroom was immaculate. What truly stood out was the consistently warm and attentive service from all staff members. Housekeeping staff would greet me proactively in the hallway, the butler was helpful in resolving issues, and the concierge enthusiastically assisted with luggage. They were also patient and thorough in answering any questions I had about directions. I felt well-cared for throughout my entire stay. It's perfectly suited for both business travelers like myself and families on vacation. The hotel even offers a complimentary travel photoshoot, which I definitely want to try next time. In summary, the hygiene, service, and location were all impeccable. I will certainly choose this hotel again on my next visit to Chengdu.

This is a fantastic, well-established hotel, excelling in both service and convenient location. First off, the lobby is incredibly grand, and breakfast is surrounded by the delightful sounds of birds and the fragrant scent of flowers (there were even cute little turtles sunbathing in the nearby pond, which was adorable haha!). The overall vibe really captures that unique, relaxed Sichuanese charm. Secondly, we stayed on the 25th floor, and the view was absolutely superb – we could see the park and SKP. Finally, I have to commend the service at this InterContinental; it truly felt warm and personal. We had a dedicated staff member who was there for us throughout our stay and could resolve any issue, treating my family with genuine kindness and warmth. Such excellent service definitely earned my family's and my approval!

The facilities are complete and the environment is good. The staff are friendly, and it's great value for money. I would definitely choose this place again next time.

Is this seriously a five-star hotel anymore?? I wasn't even going to write a review, but the more I think about it, the more annoyed I get. The first picture shows the fruit platter we ate from the day before, still sitting there with stains when we came back. The second picture shows urine stains from the previous night, also still there. The kicker is, staff *did* come in to clean. I'm speechless. I get that I'm not paying 200 yuan expecting five-star service, but I still paid good money. The front desk staff always act like I owe them something. Only the doorman at the entrance was nice; every other service person was utterly terrible! Is this what happens when an old five-star hotel gets too comfortable, thinking it's a luxury brand or something? Also, my deposit hasn't been refunded, and it's been two days already. Is IHG using customer deposits as their own cash flow, seriously? Let it sit in the account for a couple more days to earn more interest, right? If you don't have money, don't run a hotel!

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with bright windows overlooking a large park. The central hall was grand, with beautiful chandeliers and tasteful color coordination. The marble floors were well-maintained, and the carpets were thick and clean. Breakfast was plentiful, and the environment, filled with the sounds of birds and fragrant flowers, made you feel close to nature. The hotel's management and service were professional, attentive, and very welcoming, making everything incredibly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again, especially for exhibitions, as it's even more convenient then.
