Sonesta ES Suites Charleston

The room was not clean; coffee grounds still in the coffee maker, only one mug in the room, stove hood and stove top dirty. Toilet paper was so marginal and thin. The desk person upon leaving had an attitude and could not even provide an estimate for the amount of our stay "because you used a third party and you paid the third party, not us." I have been to this hotel four times in the past five years, and it has gone quite down hill. We will not return.

Great spot off the highway. Nice and quiet. Clean room and 24 hour fitness center. Great breakfast too. Friendly staff!

The mattress on the pull out bed had a big red old stain. The iron had scabbed stuff on it couldn't be used we got it switched right away but they need to buy new iron boxes. I like their coffee. Fruits were old but I guess no one is really eating their breakfast. Over all i keep staying here because they have parking and kitchennets in every room it works for us.

Good breakfast. Clean Hotel. Very quiet. Good location. Dogs allowed, though i didn't have miner with me. Rebecca at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Could use some new carpet and some fresh paint in the room, but otherwise, no complaints.

dated, warned out hotel/ furniture, my room smelled like mold. Sheet were clean, kitchen and bathroom was clean. Staff was great.

It was great for us to have the option of a two bedroom suite. Fair price. Very peaceful location--slept well. But you do have to drive into town for everything as there is nothing else in the area.

The hotel is situated on top of a hill with nice views all around. Very peaceful. The rooms are quite large and comfortable.

This was a quick find for us while traveling home from a long road trip and it was the best hotel we stayed at along the way! We had our dog and they were very accommodating and so friendly. We will absolutely be back!
