Travelodge by Wyndham Great Barrington Berkshires

The property is worn, with debris around, such as an air conditioner lying outside. We had a towel with a large hole in it. There was a gritty substance & a hair on the sheets of one bed.

Decent room for the price . Good location. Wish was slightly cheaper. The phone did not work and I had trouble getting on wi-fi otherwise it was ok Libby barely exists Wish there were breakfast or snacks Nice bathroom and beds

Room was clean. Although it was a non-smoking room, outside people were smoking and the room smelled like smoke.

This is a quiet, no frills place. It’s hard to find a reasonably priced motel in the Berkshires in-season and this is it. Fancy it is not. Stylish, also no. But it was clean and the mattresses were comfortable.

For two story building it was quiet...no noise from either room or room above. Also, outside pool was nice as it was very warm during my stay

The room was clean, but there were quite a few spots of mildew on the ceiling above the tub. Staff were helpful when they were in the office, but I waited several times for them to show up. When I could not get on the Internet (very important for me as I work online when I travel) I went to the office. A staff member helped me, but he had trouble getting on as well. He tried several times then said, "This usually happens". I worked but I tried to get back on during the next two days and could not. I tried everything but no Internet connection. I just did not have the energy to go to the office and wait around. The area outside my room was run down. Paint peeling from the deck, an old screen propped up against the wall of the deck, and trash along the path to the room. There was a ramp next to the deck that looked as though it went down to a garage and there were old bicycles propped against the wall. Then a gas can appeared next to the place I was parked. It sat there for a while. When I went in to check out, there were no staff members in the office and I could not wait. I travel to the area often. I will not stay at this property again. "

All I can say is if you have back issues the beds are not the best , also they have lights outside the room that are for night you are swarmed by bugs and it’s hard for you to get in your room.

This hotel looks like you stepped into 1980. The front door had a gap that let in light and cold air. The wallpaper was peeling. There were scuff marks on the walls and door. The bathroom fixture was open and you could see exposed wiring. Some outlet plates were also open. The one lamp had non working electrical outlets. The room smelled musty. The beds were comfortable and the shower had reasonable pressure.
