Room is clean and adequate for my party of 3. Arrived rather late and as such didn’t really explore the hotel . Room is free. Free parking . Self check in to the room . Had a slight problem in checking in, but the staff was very quick to respond. Place is quiet

There weren't many people this time, so it wasn't too noisy, which was pretty good. Before checking out the next day, we went to the nearby Geibikei River to arrange a boat tour and enjoy the natural scenery.

The check-in staff were very nice. This hotel is a bit out of the way, so don't consider it if you don't have a car. We booked the last two rooms in winter, so the price wasn't great. There weren't many activities nearby in winter, and the restaurants were closed. Even with the air conditioning on, the room was quite cold, especially the bathroom area—freezing! I wouldn't recommend it for families with children, as the rooms aren't large; you need to make three beds, and the play area becomes even smaller before bedtime.

The house was purely Japanese style, which was really nice. The location was very convenient, close to Nibi Creek, and surrounded by a large supermarket and family-run store. A lovely and friendly young lady worked there; overall, a great experience! 👍
