The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Location was fantastic and the views from the room amazing. Room was a good size for what was needed. It also overlooks directly on the Tourist finish of Alp D'Huez for any other cyclists interested! I tried the dinner on one night, couldn't fault it, was what I needed after a day of cycling. Within a stonethrow away from further dining and shops. Great value for money and would definately book there again.

We both really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pop Alp, the facilities are great value for money, the hotel is nice and clean (wonderfully decorated with great artwork, both winter sports and cycling themed) and very conveniently located for some of the lifts, ski pass office and other amenities and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was very good and the breakfast were excellent too. The staff were very friendly and helpful; particular mention has to go to Mattheus, Emily and Julia, who took such good care of us.

I stayed here with a group of work colleagues for a Winter Confetence. I can’t speak highly enough of the people there who did everything they could to make our stay as great as possible. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The location is great for access to the slopes with two lifts within a few meters. There are a load of great restaurants within easy reach of the hotel but it also does great food on the premises. The accommodation was really clean and well maintained and there are amazing views from the rooms. I can thoroughly recommend this for a great stay and will definitely be going back.

Stayed here over New Years and the staff were very friendly! Rooms were very clean however they are quite dated especially the bathrooms which wasn’t as expected as we were put in an accessible wet room style which we didn’t require. Food was nice however breakfast was lacking for options and there was no cooked options apart from meat which was in hot trays so unappealing. Overall experience was fine but didn’t feel justified for the price. But again staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great location near lift to take you to main lift (pic blanc) We stayed in room 103 which is clean and comfortable bed. The storage is very poor for clothes etc. It’s get very noisy at nighttime as near a bar with people outside drinking. Noise on some nights went onto 2am in the morning. Breakfast was okay but no porridge and the fruit juices are concentrated juice. Staff were friendly. For the money we paid I don’t feel like we got value for money

We stayed here for a week in at the end of January. The hotel is in the Quartier Viel Alpe and is 100 m from the Telecentre "cages" and the Alpe Express lift that goes to the Rond Point des Pistes. The hotel is modern with lively Pop Art decor on the walls. The staff are lovely and some of the nicest we have experienced in the Alps, welcoming, friendly and efficient. Our superior room was spacious with a small balcony. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The ski room is big enough with individual lockers. There was a wide range of food at breakfast from pastries to a cooked breakfast. We also ate in the hotel restaurant a couple of times and the food was good. We would certainly stay at the hotel again if we come back to Alpe d'Huez.
