Avani+ is an excellent hotel. This was my second stay, although in a different room category this time. I had no issues or complaints about the Junior Suite — I absolutely loved everything about the room, especially the view.
As a frequent traveler, I understand that the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. However, I’ve observed a common practice in most hotels (including Avani+): after completing the check-in process, guests are told that the room will only be ready at 3:00 PM. At the same time, no one asks about the guest’s check-out time, flight schedule, or whether it’s their first stay.
When I explained who I was and mentioned my previous stay, the reception staff quickly arranged a room for me, and it was ready within 30 minutes.
My suggestion is this: if rooms are available, please don’t keep guests waiting unnecessarily - especially those traveling with children. Paying attention to such small details can significantly enhance the guest experience.
Aside from this, I genuinely loved everything about the hotel. However, I did notice that some reception staff didn’t seem very welcoming. They appeared rushed and somewhat disorganized, which can affect the first impression.
