This was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had, and we truly wish we had stayed longer!
The room was absolutely amazing—beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bathroom fixtures were premium quality, the smart home system and lighting controls were thoughtfully designed and very easy to use, the bed was large and exceptionally comfortable, and the view from the room was simply breathtaking.
Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. We especially loved the variety of authentic Chinese dishes. The freshly made **jiaozi** and **baozi** were delicious, and the sweet **mochi** were the perfect way to finish breakfast every morning. Everything was fresh and of excellent quality.
The laundry facilities were also very convenient. After we started our laundry, the staff kindly moved our clothes to the dryer for us, so when we woke up the next morning, everything was perfectly clean, dry, and ready to pack. It was such a thoughtful service that made our trip much easier.
We would also like to give a special thank you for the thoughtful holiday surprise prepared for us—it made our stay feel even more special. And of course, our heartfelt thanks go to everyone at the reception desk. They went above and beyond to help us locate several parcels that had been delivered to different addresses, and they were always friendly, patient, and ready to assist us throughout our entire stay.
Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to enjoy the swimming pool, which gives us one more reason to come back. Next time we'll definitely stay for more days.
