This resort falls short of a true 5-star experience and feels misleading compared to the images and descriptions online. If you’re accustomed to high standards of service and facilities offered by renowned 5-star brands, this resort will likely disappoint. While the room itself is nice, the bed is uncomfortable, and the shower head is unhygienic. The beach is also a letdown—nothing like the photos on their website. The tide is too low, and the bottom is littered with small rocks, making it practically unusable. The gym is too small.
The staff are friendly and willing to help, but there are not enough of them, and communication can be challenging as some struggle with English.
We also attended a wine-tasting event, which was poorly organized with a disappointing wine selection. Honestly, it felt more like casual wine drinking than an actual tasting experience. One of the staff members, possibly a manager in a white shirt, was drinking while talking to guests, which felt unprofessional. Additionally, photographers were present during the first half of the event, making it difficult to relax.
