This hotel stay has been the best experience so far - the cleaniness, the hospitality and the location are truly 10 of 10 and exceeded my expectation. Highly recommend this hotel for London visit and I really certainly return next time I’m in London.

Stayed here for two nights after switching from another hotel mid-trip — and it was the right call. The room and the City skyline view were the highlight; I signed my company’s incorporation documents at the desk with the Gherkin outside the window, which is not a bad way to remember a business trip. Location is hard to beat: Liverpool Street is next door, so the Elizabeth line takes you straight to Heathrow in about 45 minutes with no changes. Service is polished and efficient, though it leans a little corporate — friendly, but not the kind of warmth that makes you feel like a regular. The pool and spa are a real asset in a city where most hotels have neither. Booked a 2-night Premier Two Double Beds Room at Pan Pacific London for my son’s graduation trip via trip.com. The booking stated “pay at hotel,” but unfortunately the hotel pre-collected the payment upon booking instead of charging upon check-in. ＜PS: I've feedback to trip.com＞ Upon arrival, they also deducted GBP300 as a deposit (meaning actually charged, not just pre-authorized/blocked). During check-out, I noticed they planned to refund only GBP280 because they had automatically included a 5% per night “service charge.” Since I usually don’t carefully check hotel bills, I asked why the full GBP300 wasn’t being refunded. The staff replied, “Did you like our service?” and said they could remove the charge if I didn’t wish to pay it. Honestly, I found this quite unreasonable and unacceptable, especially as it felt like a hidden optional charge rather than something transparently communicated upfront. This is definitely one negative point I would like to highlight. Apart from that, the room itself was spacious, the bed and mattress were extremely comfortable, and I absolutely loved their warm bathrobes. Housekeeping service was excellent throughout the stay. However, surprisingly, the mini-bar was not complimentary despite the relatively high room rates for our room type.
