Galaxy Hotel

The room feels really old and dated. The toiletries and disposable amenities are very basic, not really fitting for a hotel of this caliber. The Skywave Garden is actually pretty good though, no complaints other than it being crowded.

I've always wanted to stay at the Galaxy Macau, but unfortunately, there was a thunderstorm warning on the day we checked in, so we couldn't enjoy the water activities. It was a bit disappointing. However, staying at Galaxy is incredibly convenient; there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options available. Plus, if you show your Air Macau boarding pass, you can get many discounts and free gifts. It's also super easy to get to the Venetian, Big Ben, and Parisian from here. After a good night's sleep, we could even pop over to Rua do Cunha the next day, which is very close by. What I'll remember most is how incredibly comfortable the beds are at the Galaxy hotel. The room was beautiful and clean, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Truly five-star service! Since we were traveling with kids, they even gave us complimentary 'Toto' slippers, a 'Toto' tent, and a 'Toto' doll for them. My kids were thrilled and said Galaxy was the most fun! ^_^ Haha. I will definitely stay at Galaxy again next time I visit Macau. What I personally loved most was being able to choose my own pillow. This time, I picked the lavender sleep pillow and even received a free pillow mist. All complimentary, truly excellent value for money.

Cleanliness: Very clean. Service: Excellent! They even set up a tent for the kids. The room overlooks the Grand Resort Deck, which is super fun and convenient!!! Plus, it's incredibly convenient for concerts!!!! Hope the hotel adds more rooms 😊 I'll definitely go again next time 😏😏😏😏

The kids' facilities felt a bit limited, but everything else was great. The hotel amenities were all top brands, and there were plenty of drinks. The service attitude, in particular, was excellent! Excellent!

The environment is good, and the service is decent. The single bed was a bit too narrow, and check-in was a little slow. However, the housekeeping staff was quite diligent and quick to replenish room supplies.

After constantly checking for availability, I finally managed to book a room at the Galaxy Hotel, and immediately cancelled my reservation at Andaz! 😂 Galaxy Hotel was definitely my top choice. The room location was excellent, with a great view of the water park. I had previously sent an email, and someone was able to help me arrange all the decorations and even prepared a birthday cake for us. My little one was extremely happy! If I can book it again, I will definitely come back.

Galaxy Hotel truly offers great value for money. The service, facilities, amenities, and staff are all excellent. It's also super convenient for getting to Grand Resort Deck.

This hotel is absolutely top-notch. The Galaxy complex has everything you could possibly need, so you really don't have to leave the premises. The service throughout our stay was superb. There's also a huge complex of outdoor pools.
