Very nice hotel very nice staff, but were are the type of person to wake up very late and go to sleep late and room service usually cleans at 10 am we wake up at 11-12 becuase we stay up and explore Hanoi late at night till 2am but otherwise very good hotel and very very nice staff and right next to Everthing. You can walk to any destination no problems

The location was excellent — it’s surrounded by traditional Vietnamese food and within walking distance of the Michelin-recommended Bún Chả, which is a must-try. The staff is friendly as well. The only downsides are that the room is quite small, which is expected for the price, and the noise levels can be an issue. I was woken up around 7–7:30 AM because people were talking loudly. I’m not sure if it was the staff or other guests, but the walls are very thin.

Cozy hotel in central Hanoi, 5 minutes from Ho Hoa Kiem. Spacious suite with bathtub, king-size bed, large sofa, bay window with city views, and plenty of amenities. Friendly and helpful staff.I will stay here again when I return to Hanoi.
