Facilities: 👍 The bedding was clean and comfortable, and the toiletries were more than adequate. Upon check-in, the front desk provides toothbrushes and shower slippers, and disposable slippers are also available in the room. The bathroom features a wet-dry separation layout, and shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are all provided. Service: The staff were enthusiastic, attentive, and polite 👍 Although the young man at the front desk was very busy on the day of our check-in, he still patiently introduced us to the breakfast, afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and elevator locations. Moreover, the shift handover was handled exceptionally well; when I went to follow up on a previous day's question, a different staff member was already fully aware of my situation. Fantastic 👍 Environment: If there is one drawback, it's that road construction is currently underway around the hotel. Fortunately, the windows have great soundproofing. Hailing a taxi and ordering food delivery are both very convenient. Overall, it's a lovely little hotel offering great value for money 👍

Environment: The transportation is super convenient, with the subway station very close by, and it's also a short walk to the North Bund. Service: Attentive and thoughtful; the lovely receptionist even walked me to the elevator.

The hotel staff provided excellent and very friendly service. They even prepared small gifts for the children, which was a delightful surprise that made them incredibly happy. It was a perfect stay, and the breakfast was quite rich and enjoyable. The 'Nourishing Night Supper' was also a thoughtful touch!

The room was exceptionally clean, no strange odors, and the bedding was very comfortable. Most importantly, every staff member was incredibly warm and polite, doing their best to accommodate every request. Both breakfast and afternoon tea included fruit, and there were plenty of seats in the restaurant. There's also a gym and a laundry room. The hotel is close to a shopping mall and a subway station, and not far from the North Bund. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai! Highly recommended, and I'm not a shill~

Every time I come to Shanghai for a business trip, I stay at this hotel. It's very close to the Huangpu River, so you can go see the night view of the Oriental Pearl Tower in the evening. The breakfast in the morning is also abundant, and the staff are very enthusiastic. It's also very close to the subway station.

My stay at the Manxin Hotel North Bund was absolutely delightful! The hotel's design is chic and stylish, exuding a wonderful, sophisticated vibe. The room was impeccably clean, tidy, and fresh, with no unpleasant odors, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. The location is excellent; I could easily walk to the North Bund waterfront to enjoy the river views, which made getting around and sightseeing very convenient. The staff were gentle and attentive, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere overall. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Shanghai.

I received a free room upgrade and a complimentary souvenir upon check-out. The front desk staff were very helpful and attentive, even assisting with my luggage. The location is convenient, within walking distance to the subway station, and shared bikes provide easy access to the AIA Grand Theatre and North Bund.

The room design is very cozy, and the hotel's location is excellent, not far from the subway, making getting around very convenient. It's also a short walk, about ten minutes, from the North Bund. The breakfast is good too, with very fresh ingredients. The front desk staff were also very welcoming.
