Extremely satisfied! The hotel has great views and excellent service. They helped us book VIP car transfers for our entire trip and even arranged for a photoshoot at a popular spot, creating wonderful memories for us.

The hotel has a great environment with amazing views. The butler service was incredibly, incredibly, incredibly attentive and helpful. Seriously, this is going to be my top recommendation for anyone visiting Miao Village. The butler helped us with our luggage the entire time, their service was just so thoughtful!

The B&B is clean and tastefully decorated, and the butler service is excellent. It's a great spot for photos, honestly, the scenery from the room is even better than what you'll find elsewhere in the Miao Village. The afternoon tea and breakfast were both very good. However, there's a bar nearby that gets a bit noisy with singing at night. I really hope they keep the foot spa service for the evening, even though it's summer, it's still a nice part of their offerings.

24-hour butler service: The service was absolutely fantastic! You don't need to plan anything when visiting the Miao Village; the butler contacts you the day before, and you don't even have to carry your own luggage. They anticipate and fulfill every need you might have, and even some you haven't thought of. The butler also helps with your travel itinerary, telling you what's good to eat and what's not. Our butler was a young girl, small in stature but with huge energy! Couple's Afternoon Tea: The afternoon tea was exquisite, and best of all, you could get unlimited refills. Ambiance: The views were absolutely stunning, completely worth it!

The room was right next to the observation deck, with no other buildings obstructing the view. The balcony view was absolutely stunning – perfect for capturing those 'blue hour' moments! Right outside, there's a shuttle bus stop, making it super convenient to go up and down the mountain. 24-hour butler service: The butler service was incredibly attentive. The young lady picked us up at the West Gate and even helped with our luggage. Afternoon tea for two: Included mini cakes, nuts, and a choice of drinks.

This hotel's location is truly excellent! No uphill climbs at all, and it's right near the sightseeing shuttle, which saved us a lot of effort. Ms. Xiao Ye, who checked us in, was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous, really anticipating guests' needs – the service was absolutely top-notch. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel. The environment was comfortable, and the views were absolutely stunning; we could enjoy beautiful scenery right from our room without even needing to go out. I've already recommended it to my friends!

I never expected the biggest surprise of my trip to be this guesthouse in the Miao Village! 💕 The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the observation deck. If you enter from the West Gate, you just walk a bit and then take the shuttle bus directly to the hotel. This is quite important in Miao Village, as you wouldn't want to carry your luggage up and down. You can enjoy the view from both the room and the lobby lounge. On a rainy day, this spot is perfect for enjoying the scenery, much better than being out with all the other tourists. The room facilities are very new and high-quality, definitely on par with a five-star hotel. The mini-fridge in the room is thoughtfully stocked with drinks, and we were even treated to afternoon tea upon arrival. Self-service laundry is also available, which was super convenient since our clothes were damp from the past two days – we could wash and dry them. The housekeeper was incredibly warm and friendly; she handled our transfers and helped us with our luggage the whole way. Breakfast is made-to-order, very fresh and delicious. If you're traveling to Xijiang, I truly highly recommend this guesthouse.
