The hotel was easy to find, right by the road. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. It was quite spacious, even with two large suitcases open, there was still plenty of room. The soundproofing was good; I didn't hear any noise. The hotel is also very new with a unique renovation style. The front desk service was excellent and very welcoming. When I arrived in the evening, they offered tea, and after check-in, they brought my luggage directly to the room. There are many good restaurants nearby, including a night market with local specialties. It's a short walk to the subway station, making it convenient to get around.

The room design is quite stylish and the size is good. However, there's a strong renovation smell in the hallway. Regarding service, thanks to the front desk for allowing us to check in early, and also to the kind bartender who helped us exchange small denomination Thai Baht to pay for a tuk-tuk. Breakfast was a bit monotonous. Overall, it's a good hotel.

The studio apartment looks stylish at first glance, but the frosted glass in both the bathroom and toilet makes it feel unsettling. The front desk and dining area were clean, and breakfast was good.

The hotel's breakfast service was my favorite! Besides the 5 set menus to choose from, there was also a buffet, and I especially loved the yogurt 😝. The staff were also very friendly. I ate so well every day that I didn't need another meal until evening. There are many shops and stores within walking distance, making it very convenient for getting around! The only minor drawback was a slight lingering smell from the hotel hallway renovations, but since I wasn't in the hallway often, it was easy to overlook.

This new hotel offers a great overall experience. The decor is modern and stylish, and both the common areas and rooms are very clean. **Location highlights:** It's just a few hundred meters walk from Sam Yan MRT station, right on the main road – no need to navigate small alleys. There's a 7-Eleven right next door, which is super convenient. It's also very close to Sam Yan Mitrtown, Chulalongkorn University, and nearby night markets, making dining and getting around very easy. Plus, there are two massage shops right downstairs, which is a nice bonus. **Downsides:** ❶ The air conditioner vent blows directly onto the head of the bed. The remote can't adjust the vertical angle of the vent, so you have to sleep with your head at the foot of the bed to avoid it. ❷ The room looks great, but storage space is limited. The bathroom counter is tiny, leaving no room for skincare products or toiletries. ❸ The pool has a nice view, but it's quite small. This hotel is ideal for those who value a good location and enjoy exploring local night markets. However, the air conditioning issue could significantly impact your stay if not addressed.

This hotel is quite new, clean, and the rooms are spacious. Its location is excellent, right at the intersection of the BTS and MRT. There's a 7-Eleven, massage parlors, a night market, and a hawker center nearby, making it very convenient. However, the bathroom drainage is poor. The shower stall only has a tiny drain, and sometimes hair blocks it, causing water to overflow during showers. After showering, half the bathroom floor is flooded. Every time I stepped into the bathroom to use the toilet or wash my hands, I'd step into a puddle. I don't know if it's just my room, but the wet and dry areas aren't separated, and the bathroom floor is always covered in water after a shower.

I was so happy with my trip to Thailand this time! The front desk lady assigned me a really, really big room! I'll definitely come back to Bangkok!!! I'm so happy!!! The bed was also very comfortable and provided great lumbar support.

The hotel's design is beautiful; you can take great photos from every angle. The staff provided excellent service. The room itself isn't large, but it's laid out very well, making it feel open, airy, and not cramped. All the amenities are fully provided.
