Azerai La Residence, Hue

I had a truly special experience at Azerai La Residence Huế. While making a reservation through a booking app, I encountered an issue. However, two staff members, Den and Thao, sincerely cared from my perspective and helped resolve the problem. They clearly understood what customer satisfaction truly means. Before arriving at the hotel, I felt uneasy, but I was deeply moved by their attitude. The hotel facilities and breakfast were also excellent, fully living up to the reputation of Azerai. I have traveled to many places around the world, including Japan and Europe, but I have never met such kind and attentive staff. If I visit Huế again, I will definitely stay at Azerai La Residence Huế, where they truly understand the importance of their guests. Their smiles left a lasting impression on me even as I traveled on to Da Nang. I love Azerai La Residence Huế!!

It was a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay at this structure, which I warmly recommend to travelers to Hue City. The premises are beautiful and service matches the expectations of high quality and professionalism. Many special attentions - from the daily afternoon tea treats to the complimentary snacks in the room (including some delicious Hue cakes) - make guest feel like special friends. Rooms are spacious and very well fitted. Breakfast is varied and flavourful. Did not have time to try the spa and wellness facilities. The only thing that I find could be improved is better sound proofing of the rooms.

As an architecture lover, th hotel is incredibly beautiful - a 1930s Art Deco building was the former French colonial governor’s residence. The interiors are classy and elegant (and smelled really nice too!). Breakfast was great, as were the spa and gym. The staff were also incredibly helpful. Would definitely come back again!

When we first arrived, everything felt slow and quiet compared to other modern hotels. But the longer we stayed, the more we appreciated the experience. On our last day, I didn’t want to go anywhere—I just wanted to sit in my room and look out at the garden and river. It turned out to be one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Moreover, the staff—from the front desk to the restaurant, room service, and management—were professional, kind, and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Hoa at the front desk and Ms. Tam, one of the managers. They were professional, attentive listeners, and quickly resolved a small issue I had at the pool.

Three cleaning ladies went into our rooms in the evening. And they took our cash, including usd, sgd, dong… we kept the cash inside two plastic envelopes in luggage. They took our two envelopes with cash.
