Inn on Peaks Island

Super good midafternoon break on their terrace mid-week when not too busy. Ramone is back again for another season, and he is a lovely gentleman and attentive server. The crab dip with chips is delicious for $16 and the special burger deal was delicious at only $18 with sweet potatoe fries. Shipyard beers were on HH pricing at $7 and I enjoyed both the IPA and the stout very much. A glass of SB is $14. Lovely views and a delightful afternoon before home on the ferry.

This was a huge disappointment! I was concerned when I tried to contact the Inn prior to our trip to ask questions to be prepared. No answer and when I left a message no return call. I was shocked that it cost almost 200.00 to bring our car. When we arrived we found no one around to assist with checking in. We finally found a phone number to call. Then someone showed up and brought us to our room. Never to be seen again. Then when I went to make a coffee the machine was broken. I found myself hunting for assistance. I had to go into the restaurant. I explained this to the bartender who poured me a cup of coffee when she asked which room I was staying in I told her and her response was yes that coffee maker is broken. Not once did I get customer service to even offer a replacement and then she took the $10 bill. I was thinking well I hope she will give me change. Some time went by then she says oh I guess I shouldn't charge you. Wow for spending the money to get there, pay over 300 for one night with zero customer service I would never go back. I guess if you want to spend $$$ to have an awful experience this is the place. Alan & Julia Henry

Clean room. Great communication before and upon arrival.

The location was everything. Literally just a short walk from the ferry. The room was nice and spacious.

Great Staff! The staff was super friendly. There’s no traditional front desk, so check in was a little confusing. Other than that, a great room and fantastic location

Great get away. The peaks Inn is beautiful, it’s a self service in as the restaurant is closed and no one was in the office. It was a great getaway as I had family staying on the island. The room was beautiful.

Friendly staff and funny and very kind! We will be back ! Love the island!

College besties 35th graduation reunion My college best friend and I wanted to get away from our lives for a weekend to celebrate our 35th college graduation anniversary and our special friendship. We thoroughly enjoyed the suite and the entire island, but mostly we cherished spending time together reconnecting! Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

Excellent little getaway in a very quaint island!
