The hotel has a great location and convenient parking, with many attractions within a 5-kilometer radius. Staying on the 11th floor, the room was quite spacious and generally clean, though there was a slight damp smell inside. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the service was excellent. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Hangzhou.

The service was great! I drove from Shanghai to Hangzhou at 5 AM to see an exhibition. The hotel I originally booked absolutely refused to let me check in early, but this place let me check in at 8:30 AM. The front desk staff and the cleaning lady on my floor were both so nice. Thank you to them!

The room was spacious and clean, bed is comfy, room is odorless, staff so kind and helpful, but to be honest the breakfast buffet was not as expected.. it is more into chinese cuisine , it has some items. In general the stay was good 👍🏻

Room was quite comfortable and spacious for a family of 5+ adults and has a kid theme based room. Location was 13-14 km away from west lake, need to commute by taxi or subway. Haven’t tried breakfast, so couldn’t comment on it. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were available with a separate luggage storage space. Easy to order food and fresh fruits by (Chinese) apps and gets delivered within half an hour. Service staff was friendly yet the checking and entry of details took longer time especially for the foreigners. Prepare for that ! Family friendly comfy stay and overall a nice stay experience !

The hotel breakfast offers a good variety, including freshly cooked noodles, which was a nice touch. Front desk staff Xiao Wang provided excellent service as well. I stayed for two nights, and it was quite good.
