Do Better Marriott The sleeper sofa in our original room was stained with blood and urine. When we asked for a new sleeper sofa… They did not have one so all they could do was offer us a new room. The new room stunk of cigarette smoke and did not have a balcony and the bathroom was in terrible shape. I am a frequent Marriott customer and this was not a very good experience although the hotel staff was very good, the accommodations were not.

Definitely an amazing stay. It was in close proximity of various activities which was essential for my family. The rooms were nice and clean and everything needed was readily available.

I would have given 5 stars, but was kept awake with screaming, shrieking kids in the pool and I needed to get up early the next day to drive 10 hours home. Other than that it was a great location and hotel.

Run down, charges for breakfast Bed was VERY FIRM first room had leaky ceiling. Low water pressure in 2nd Good space otherwise. Was not offered any upgrade for inconvenience of moving out of damaged room.

Stayed here lots and gets worse each time. Air conditioner didn’t work. This is the second visit in the last 2 months that it hasn’t. Housekeeping stole an item from my room while making bed and replacing towels after first night. Front desk didn’t do anything to help.

Everything was fine except it was incredibly loud, especially the carpet cleaning right outside my door first thing in the a.m.
