The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was rich and varied. If you need anything, just contact customer service, and they will handle it promptly. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage for free at the hotel and go out to explore first.

The front desk service was excellent, and the facilities were very new. It's super convenient for getting around, and the location is fantastic. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Right next to Yu Garden Metro Station, and very close to the Bund and Yu Garden, making it incredibly convenient for getting around! The hotel facilities and services are consistently good, perfect for business travelers. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the beds are high quality, and the soundproofing and shower experience are also excellent. The staff are very proactive and friendly, always greeting you quietly when you meet them on the floor. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and the quality is consistently good. It's always my top choice for business trips! I recommend the deluxe/executive rooms in the new wing.

First off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's a mere ten-minute walk to the Bund, very close. Yu Garden is right behind it, which is lovely for an evening stroll after dinner. 👍 The hotel staff are very attentive and respond quickly to any issues, which deserves high praise. This shows their strong service awareness and professionalism. However, there are a couple of drawbacks. The room windows are rather small (at least in my room, it was barely a hand's width). Also, the lighting design is quite inconvenient. When you enter, the room is very dark, but you have to walk all the way to the bedside to turn on the main lights. There's no switch by the door, nor can you control it with the smart speaker immediately upon check-in, as you wouldn't know to do so. Another issue is that if your partner goes to the bathroom at night, as soon as they turn on the light, the spotlight above your bed shines directly into your eyes. This is quite uncomfortable. Other than that, everything else is fine. The bedding is good, and I had decent sleep for the two nights I stayed.

The terrace room I booked was incredibly comfortable! I asked the front desk if they could give me a bigger room so my child would have space to run around, and they assigned me room 503. The location is unbeatable, right by Yu Garden subway station, and within acceptable walking distance to the Bund. There's also a bus stop right outside. When we checked out, they even gave my baby a box of snacks, which was a lifesaver on the high-speed train ride – kept the little one from getting fussy. There's free coffee and lemonade in the lobby, and it felt like half the guests were foreigners. Overall, the experience was fantastic!

Great location, convenient for visiting Yu Garden and the Bund. The front desk staff were also very welcoming, and the breakfast was quite rich. Recommended!

The hotel's location is superb, less than a 5-minute walk to Yuyuan Old Street. Rooms are cleaned daily, and there's a laundry room. Staff even bring your cleaned clothes to your room, and there's free coffee. Highly recommend! 👍👍👍
