Crystal Orange Shanghai the Bund Yu Garden Hotel

The room was new, very clean, and modern. The service was enthusiastic and attentive. The food selection was extensive and tasted great, fitting the high-end hotel positioning. The location is excellent, very close to hot spots like the subway station, Yu Garden, City God Temple, and The Bund. It's an easy and comfortable walk to all of them. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely choose Orange Crystal Hotel again next time.

I booked a room with a 1.8m king-size bed and a balcony for 3 nights for a 4-day, 3-night trip to Shanghai with my daughter. We arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM on the 13th, but the staff said our room was still being cleaned and we'd have to wait. After some discussion, they offered us a larger room without a balcony. After further negotiation, they upgraded us for free to a room with two 1.2m single beds, and we received a complimentary fruit platter that evening. The room was clean and tidy, with a smart system. Breakfast was plentiful, and there was also free laundry service. You could see the Oriental Pearl Tower from the balcony. Other than the price of 961 RMB per night, which is a bit expensive, everything else was very satisfactory. If I come back to Shanghai, I'd be happy to stay here again.

The hotel's location is truly excellent, not far from Yuyuan Garden subway station, making it super convenient for exploring The Bund and City God Temple. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it a very hassle-free stay for a trip to Shanghai. Highly recommended!

The room was very tidy, the lobby was clean, and it was convenient for laundry and breakfast. The front desk seemed a bit busy, but every staff member was very friendly. The robot delivered food quickly, and the hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station right across the street and The Bund just a ten-minute walk away. Overall, the stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely consider this hotel again on my next trip to Shanghai.

This was my first time staying at an Orange Crystal Hotel. I was traveling with my parents and child, so I looked for a place close to the Bund and Yu Garden. I booked two adjoining rooms, which was really convenient for getting around. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the bedding was super comfortable. We stayed in a newly renovated room on the second floor (2025) and there was no strange odor. Downstairs, there's a FamilyMart convenience store and various snack shops. I have to praise the breakfast at Orange Crystal! We had just stayed at an All Seasons Hotel in Yangzhou before coming to Shanghai, and the variety at Orange Crystal was much better. The service was also excellent, I was very satisfied. If you want to be close to the Bund and the subway, I highly recommend this place.

The room was clean, and the front desk staff meticulously answered and resolved all our questions. Due to a typhoon and heavy rain that day, the hotel thoughtfully provided umbrellas. The breakfast buffet was very generous, and both adults and children found it to be excellent.

This is my first time actively reviewing a hotel I've stayed at, and that's because the entire experience was genuinely great! The hotel is straight ahead from Metro Exit 7. The key highlight is the incredibly warm and thoughtful service from the front desk staff. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Yu Garden and the City God Temple are just a short walk downstairs, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The location is a huge plus!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station. Yu Garden Old Street is right behind the hotel, which is really great for a stroll. It has a completely different vibe during the day and at night. The front desk staff were very diligent and responsible, and the breakfast was also quite unique.
