YOHO Treasure Island Hotel

Whether it's a family trip, a romantic getaway for couples, or a vacation for two, this is an excellent choice. The convenient location and beautiful environment were our top priorities!

This was my third stay, and my overall impression is pretty much the same as before, except for the check-in process – it was so incredibly slow, so, so, so, so, so, so slow! I highly recommend trying the Yuichi Sushi restaurant inside the hotel, it's excellent!

The hotel's taxi stand always has plenty of taxis, making it super convenient to get around. There's also a big bus stop just a short walk away with routes going everywhere, including to Taipa! Plus, the hotel has a few different restaurants inside, and the prices aren't too bad either!

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the service was excellent. We even got a free room upgrade.

Facilities: Quite dated, definitely doesn't look like it's been renovated in recent years. Cleanliness: Let's just say, in the bathroom, I found a large strand of hair from a previous guest. The AC in the room was noisy and had an odor. Environment: It's facing a lake, and the overall feeling was incredibly damp. Service: Non-existent. The phone was impossible to get through on. To request anything, you had to order it on the TV. All the front desk staff had terrible attitudes, which I've seen many others mention too – absolutely no service, as if everyone owes them money. I will never stay here again and advise everyone to book with caution.

First time in Macau and I unexpectedly picked a hotel I'm really happy with. It was comfortable, clean, and the kids absolutely loved the infinity pool!

Great service from ALAN! His responses were professional and prompt. The hotel gym is also excellent; I had it all to myself.

The hotel's location is convenient, and the room is very clean and spacious. They even thoughtfully provided bath salts! 😊 The dim sum at Good Luck Restaurant is delicious 😋

The hotel's location is quite good. They offer a free shuttle bus to the same port and several other hotels, and there are multiple bus routes nearby. It's also not too far to walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. This time I was a bit pressed for time and didn't get to swim, but the view from the pool was slightly affected by the construction on both sides. Overall, it was still pretty good.
