Extremely satisfied with this trip! The hotel's design is exquisite, facilities are comprehensive, rooms are comfortable, the environment is beautiful, and the food is delicious. The staff at every touchpoint were highly professional and genuinely friendly, completely trustworthy! A special shout-out to Andy and Nicole! From their proactive communication and patient accommodation of our needs before check-in, to their thoughtful surprise preparations and prompt service feedback after check-in, everything was truly perfect! (The room upgrade, and the beautifully prepared cake and flowers, will definitely make this hotel my first choice whenever I visit Foshan in the future.)

1. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell. 2. The ventilation system was completely ineffective and remained broken even after maintenance. 3. My child bumped their head in the room, and when I asked the front desk for ice or an ice pack, they told me they had run out! How could they be out of ice in the afternoon? 4. The room's refrigerator was locked, and I had to call the front desk to have someone come and unlock it. 5. The view was decent, and the kids' play area was also quite good.

The hotel is close to Qiandeng Lake. The room is spacious, and you can see the entire lake from the window. The Chinese restaurant on the third floor offers delicious breakfast and dinner. The complimentary double-skin milk for checking in was a delightful surprise.

I've stayed at the Poly Intercontinental multiple times for business trips. The location is super convenient for getting around. The room layout is well-designed, the work area is spacious and practical, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk and Executive Lounge staff are professional and efficient. Nicole and Andy from the Executive Lounge, in particular, were very capable and attentive throughout my stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the ingredients are fresh. As an established Intercontinental hotel, its quality is consistently high, making it a reliable and comfortable choice for business travel.

As an established five-star hotel, the InterContinental Foshan Poly never relies on gimmicks to please guests. It perfectly embodies understated luxury. The dome with its handcrafted starry glass ceiling is incredibly impressive, instantly washing away the stresses of travel the moment you step inside. We stayed in a high-floor lake-view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of Qiandeng Lake, both day and night. Watching the city lights come alive in the evening created a truly magical ambiance. The room decor was elegant and sophisticated, the linens were soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom was spotless and bright. The service throughout our stay was impeccable; Nicole and Andy were warm, attentive, and thoughtful without being intrusive. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. It will definitely be my top choice again when I return to Foshan.

Stayed at this Qiandeng Lake hotel with my family. Davis was very efficient during check-in, and seeing that I had children, he proactively arranged a suite for us, which was perfect for a family stay. He also thoughtfully reminded us about breakfast times and pool hours. The room was clean and the lake view was great. Andy contacted me in advance to confirm my arrival time and upgraded my room directly, saving me from queuing at the front desk. During our stay, he was always available when called, and the complimentary sweet soup (tong sui) was delivered to the room on time every evening – it wasn't too sweet, just right. After check-out, I received a follow-up call asking about my experience. The price was fair, everything I needed was provided, and the service was absolutely excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The first sip was a sweet burst of pineapple, followed by a gentle hint of ginger spice on the finish, with bubbles dancing on the tongue. After checking out, I received a polite call asking about my experience. The value for money was an unexpected delight, and the complex flavors of that drink alone were enough to highlight my trip. Simply wonderful!

The hotel is well-equipped with a kids' play area, gym, and swimming pool. Breakfast is on the first floor, offering a wide variety of delicious options with great views and good value for money. But it's this commitment to their word that really makes us look forward to our next stay!

My feedback was actively received and addressed, which was great. This kind of customer-first attitude truly puts guests at ease. Andy and Richard were professional and genuine; it's a five-star service in every sense of the word!
