Harris Resort Barelang Batam

Nice view and comfortable.. Room was good but the toilet bowl water spray were dirty.. And lastly the breakfast foods were not that nice.

My first time staying at Harris Barelang Resort and really enjoyed myself here. Visited the bridge and had nice seafood dinner nearby. Tried the jet ski. The drone photos and videos makes it extra memorable. There are 3 swimming pools which is great. Even inflatable pool floats are free for use making it more fun for kids. The rooms are spacious, clean and with typical amenities. Appreciate the stable Wifi connections and smooth video streaming on the television although in a remote area. Buggy and van service was fast upon request. The rooms allocated to me and family members were close to the swimming pools and beach, so we walk most of the time. Beachfront is scenic in the day and at night, the fish decor lights up. Breakfast was decent. Staff service was excellent from check-in, buggy transport, beach activities (jetski), breakfast staffs and check-out. Definitely an awesome resort for vacation especially with family and kids. Highly recommended.

Many pools in the resort, beach is walking distance, activities like ATV, Jet Ski, Archery and a lot. Clean room, nice food, relax and beautiful environment.

Our stay at Harris Barelang Resort was excellent! This was my first time visiting Indonesia, and the experience was wonderful. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I accidentally left my tripod in another room, and the staff gladly helped us locate it, which I really appreciated. Our room was very clean, complete with everything we needed, and we were also offered a connecting room, which was a nice touch. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back again in the future. Highly recommended!

Kind of far to city center, not easy to find taxi. Shuttle service is reserved for checking out guests but written on the website is first come first serve. Need to approach the customer many times to get seat. Buggy service is good. Room is clean but fridge is not cold. Some plug also not working. A cozy and quiet place. Nearby seafood restaurant can serve good, reasonable priced food.

The hospitality was great, and all the staff were very helpful and always served us with a smile. The room was clean, and the pool was excellent for families. Our kids absolutely loved it! The view was amazing as well. The only downsides were some service-related issues, such as delays in the buggy service, the limited food options due to the location, and the late opening time of the bar. It only opens at 12 PM, which was a little inconvenient for families like us who spend time at the pool from the morning, especially when the kids get hungry. As for breakfast, the selection and taste were just okay, nothing special, but still acceptable and edible.

Always our 1st choice, nice food and very good service. We will back!

Returned here for a second time! This resort is good for families there are 3 pools and a beach front and a kids club, my son truly enjoyed exploring all the different pools & making sandcastles by the beach. The breakfast buffet has a decent spread. There is a buggy that can bring you to the nearby barelang seafood restaurant where u can catch the sunset. Location wise is far from city Center and the ferry terminals abt 30-40 min out. So is a good place to relax. Service is always excellent. My son can’t wait to come back again.
