We stayed at the hotel for four nights. Check-in is done remotely, so it's best to do it early to avoid standing in the doorway. A light bulb didn't work, but they responded quickly and came and fixed it. I think it's convenient that there are no keys; it's less hassle. I'm missing furniture, a refrigerator, and a table. The exhaust fan in the bathroom runs constantly, making noise. They said it won't turn off; it will run all the time.

The location is TOP, close to the city center and Ribeira. However, I still find it expensive. And it's missing some small pieces of furniture; for example, a double bed only has one nightstand, even though there's space for one on the other side of the bed. There are also traces and smells of damp in the bathroom. I think the self-check-in and checkout idea is nice, especially if one of us wants to go out; the other person won't be stuck.
