Chongqing Airport Yinxin Century Hotel

On a business trip to Chongqing, I chose the Yinxiang Century Hotel, and my experience exceeded expectations. The hotel is located by Baosheng Lake, offering a beautiful environment. All the staff were incredibly warm and attentive, especially Hebe at the front desk. Her service was polite and efficient, and she was very warm and gentle. She proactively helped me upgrade my room and quickly resolved my breakfast query. Her service attitude and awareness are comparable to a five-star hotel. The only downsides were that breakfast was a bit crowded and the elevators were a bit slow to arrive.

Facilities: Very comprehensive and thoughtfully designed. Hygiene: Clean, tidy, and fresh. Environment: Spacious with great views. Service: Attentive, warm, and thorough. The breakfast was rich and tasty, especially the beef noodles with large, flavorful pieces of meat. The fruit selection was also plentiful.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were all smiling and welcoming, and the facilities were complete. The airport shuttle service was especially satisfactory; Mr. Gu, the driver, was an excellent driver, always opening the door with a smile when getting in and out of the car. He knew the routes very well, and the car was large, clean, and very comfortable – fantastic!
