No breakfast no water we couldn't take shower! Not recommended

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and a very convenient location.

Breakfast was less than average and very expensive for counter service. Don't call it granola if all you do is break up a commercial granola bar. Oatmeal was poorly cooked and unexplainably expensive. Shower, on the other hand, was outstanding, but hallway inside room is too narrow to bring the luggage cart in. Also lighting in bathroom and sleep area is very weak and not useful.

Staff was very friendly and professional. The property itself was older and smelled.musty. Also the lighting was not good. The rooms were dark, We checked out early. Plus, since we used the gift card, I received for my 30th work anniversary, we could not get a refund. Needless to say I was disappointed.

The staff were never at the front desk for afternoon check in or evening to answer questions except for morning check out. Breakfast not included in price so did not eat there.

We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, however, we were not able to check in until 8 PM. We have very exhausted kids that needed to get to bed. The hotel was severely understaffed. I called several times to see when we can check in and they would never answer the phone. I left a message on their website and they just gave me an automatic reply. I felt bad for the front desk staff. For paying $250 I would expect this from a low-grade hotel. Definitely not worth the money. I would at least like a partial refund.

Staff were hard to find. Sliding glass door to patio (ground floor suite) opened once then would not shut fully and could not lock. When I reported it to front desk. I was told there is no maintenance on the weekend and they had no other suites to change me to. And they said sorry. That is not an acceptable answer, that is a security issue when you can’t lock your room.

Elevator was broken and we were not told about it until we were already checked in. Was told that the stairs were our only option to get to our room. Staff was poorly dressed with unbrushed hair at 3pm. The room was old, wallpaper was peeling by the shower and the shower area appeared to be held together by caulk. Property needs a facelift.

The staff was friendly but the pictures are deceiving. Not nearly as nice as shown. Construction stuff everywhere and didn’t really feel safe
