Chose The St. Regis Jakarta for a show. The hotel's location is convenient, not far from the venue. Upon arrival, the concierge promptly helped with luggage. Check-in took a little while, but the service was excellent, and my bags were delivered to the room. The hotel environment is great. However, during room cleaning, the staff didn't thoroughly check and my Visa card, which was in my bathrobe pocket, got sent to laundry. When the card was returned to me in the room (after I signed for it), it was slightly bent, and there was no apology from the staff.

The hotel is located in an area with many hotels, near a main road, so I recommend taking a taxi when heading out. It's suitable for various conferences. Overall, it's pretty good. The only thing is that the dehumidifier in the room filled up so quickly, which makes me wonder just how humid it is in that area!

The room was great, breakfast was good, and the service was also good. However, the overall experience was not as good as my stay two Christmases ago. That previous experience was truly fantastic, which set my expectations and standards very high. This time, there were no small cakes upon arrival, and breakfast couldn't be ordered à la carte.
