The lobby and restaurant are beautiful, the desserts are delicious, and the room is clean. The hotel has a pool, and you don't need to bring a travel adapter. We had a great night's sleep with the kids. Just be aware that the drinks in the room are chargeable.

This was my second stay and it was excellent. The room was clean and spacious, with a great, long, and wide bathtub. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were good too. The fridge wasn't very cold, but the city view from the window was perfect for photos. The room design was very European, and I was very satisfied. The breakfast was superb, with a rich and delicious spread. They had pastries, bread, fruit, and good latte coffee. There was also Teochew congee, cured meats, sausages, and pancakes – a wide variety of options. There's a swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, all free for guests to use. They're large and very clean, definitely worth recommending. Check-in was quick, which I really appreciate, and check-out was even extended for free until 12 PM. Highly recommended to everyone!

The room was very spacious, with excellent natural light and a great view that was incredibly relaxing. Coming back after a day of exploring and taking a bath was pure bliss. It was also very quiet at night, making for a peaceful sleep.

I booked this hotel last minute on the ferry from Hong Kong to Macau, and accidentally selected a twin room. I only realized my mistake at check-in, but the front desk attendant was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically switched me to a king room. I really appreciate her assistance! The hotel is very close to the old town, which I absolutely loved. It's so easy to find all sorts of authentic local food just a short walk away. There are also quite a few old-fashioned souvenir shops nearby that sell items exclusively to locals, which was a nice find 👍👍. I spent three days exploring the old town's streets and alleys, experiencing the daily life of the local residents – it was fascinating. The hotel room itself was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The toiletries were also of good quality. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again on my next trip to Macau.
