The customer service is outstanding, and every team member goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast 🍳was one of the best we’ve had delicious, fresh, and with great variety. Waking up to such a beautiful view 😍 made the experience even more special. Overall, everything about this place is perfect — the service, the atmosphere, and the people. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Ubud!

Nice resort with free yoga! Excellent breakfast

The staff were absolutely amazing and easily the best we experienced across all the hotels we stayed at in Bali. Everyone was polite, friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile. They genuinely made us feel valued throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic stay with exceptional staff. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff and a clean room, but the hotel felt very small and there wasn’t much to do on-site. Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy the breakfast or dinner restaurant, as the food quality was below our expectations. Fine as a base for exploring Ubud, but not ideal for a relaxing resort stay.

I had the best stay at Garcia Ubud hotel, the staff were so friendly and ever so helpful. They made the stay extra special as they always assured I was okay and helped me with any information needed. Location is not bad too as it’s easy to get a grab to go around. Breakfast was also lovely served. I literally have nothing bad to say about my experience. And I’ll definitely recommend this to my family and friends.
