I had the best stay at Garcia Ubud hotel, the staff were so friendly and ever so helpful. They made the stay extra special as they always assured I was okay and helped me with any information needed. Location is not bad too as it’s easy to get a grab to go around. Breakfast was also lovely served. I literally have nothing bad to say about my experience. And I’ll definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

My friend, Qurratu Aini, and I stayed at The Garcia Ubud Bali Resort from 21–23 August 2025. From check-in to check-out, we were truly impressed by how well we were taken care of. The customer service was exceptional, and every staff member we met was warm, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. Right from our arrival, someone was already there to assist us with our luggage, which set the tone for the rest of our stay. Since we were in Bali to celebrate my friend’s birthday, we were touched by the thoughtful gestures from the team. The beautiful decorations in our room made the occasion feel even more special, and on our last morning, the staff surprised my friend with a cake and a birthday song during breakfast — a moment that warmed our hearts and made our trip unforgettable. My only regret is not getting the names of all the wonderful staff who contributed to our stay, as I would have loved to personally thank each of them. Thank you, Garcia Ubud, for making us feel so welcomed. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurant in the ground floor lobby was fantastic, and their bread was especially delicious! Everything was spotless, including the private terrace attached to the room. I had originally booked another place in Ubud, but its cleanliness was so disappointing that I hastily found this place and moved here. I'm absolutely delighted with my choice! :)
