The front desk staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. The location is absolutely fantastic, right above a subway station, and within a 5-minute walk to several malls like the Hyundai Outlet. Myeongdong is just two subway stops away. The executive lounge terrace on the 10th floor offers a view overlooking Dongdaemun, which could save you a visit to the actual site. DDP is also within walking distance. The bedding was a bit soft. Downsides: The key card was a bit finicky.

When it comes to service - it’s a top notch. No one in Seoul ever gave me such an amazing service as they gave. I was staying in the deluxe executive suite - it was lovely , spacious and well-equipped. I liked the jacuzzi and the swimming pool (but please if it’s possible to weaken the AC there since it’s too cold and people might get cold or sick). Breakfast was good, dinner lounge was decent (a bit disappointing compared to the other hotels I’ve stayed in ) Another point of improvement is the air and the stuffy air feeling, especially in the hallway , smell woody and no air , instead of fresh smell or at least something that could not make the hotel stuffy… since there is no open space in rooms. Bed was comfy. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
