Loved the hotel the odd raw brick walls with the new touches. Hotel was quite... everything was really nice

Lovely boutique hotel. I've stayed there several times and always had a good experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and up to date.

The hotel itself is very pretty and has up to date details. The issue was some of the services which makes a stay very nice. For one thing, there was no coke machine or way to purchase drinks (or snacks) at all. The only drinks you could purchase was at the bar (which are higher priced) and can only be purchased during their limited hours (5-9 pm). In addition, there was no ice machines. You had to go to the first floor and ask the person to go and get the ice. Why?? Ice is usually a basic service. Also, since we were at hotel and on vacation, we do like to have our room cleaned (beds made etc..). For this service (which was provided), we were forced to have to ask the front desk person every day. Did not like this. At least they could have had a door sign you could hang on the doorknob. On the plus side, this is the first hotel I have been at in many years that had both wonderful lighting (lighting for all kinds of needs) and also adequate plugs. We did not have to try to "make-do" with using extension cords (which we now always bring just in case). Loved that. Also, loved the decor. Very pretty place.

Our stay was very nice. The property is amazing, and the restoration is so unique. It was very nice to stay at your property, but every morning the cleaning staff was extremely loud while moving equipment and talking loudly cleaning the rooms and generally making a lot of noise, it was a little disruptive to our stay. The front desk help was phenomenal.

Great hotel! Loved the design and rooms and overall feel. Hotel staff was helpful and pleasant. And location was perfect for what we were doing which is traveling the area and whiskey touring! Only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the train that went by each night at 3 am. It blared its horn so loud we woke up straight out of bed! And this was after drinking whiskey all day!!! lol. Our traveling partners were on the opposite side of the hotel and they could not hear the train one bit. Our room was the 3rd floor corner lot. We also ate at the restaurant for brunch and dinner a couple of times. Very yummy and would definitely eat there again and I may when I come back in a few weeks. Lol

Property was very clean and staff suoer welcoming and knowledgeable. Highly recommend property and joining restaurant!

Upon arriving we asked the front desk if they had ice machine. He said he would fill ive bucket and our ice chest for us The room was very spacious and well appointed. The only negative i can say was i wish loo room was a better quality The restaurant on property was amazing! The bar tender made am awesome espresso martini and old fashioned Service was impeccable though sometimes slow as it got really busy! I would highly recommend this hotel as it is walking distance to everything

Love the hotel, the area and the staff. My only complaint was the walls are very thin & could hear the toddler screaming and Dad(assuming) yelling to stop but toddler wouldn’t for long time til finally fell asleep. Then in the morning could hear same people talking/laughing- woke me up. Other than that we loved this place.

Very nice independent property with a rich history. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The attached bar/ restaurant was excellent as well.
