Li River CIAO Hotel( Guilin Elephant Trunk Hill)

I chose the Qiao CIAO Hotel for my short stay in Guilin, and its riverside location right by the Li River is absolutely fantastic! It's been raining lightly recently, and the infinity pool on the first floor looks incredibly inviting. The pool water seems to blend seamlessly with the outdoor mountain scenery, and a gentle breeze just makes you feel completely relaxed. I booked a twin room, and it was spacious and brand new. The lighting was warm and inviting, and there was a large bathtub – perfect for a relaxing soak after exploring the mountains and rivers, it really helped me unwind. You absolutely must try the Guilin rice noodles for breakfast. A warm bowl of it is incredibly satisfying, and you can add as many toppings as you like. There's also a good variety of fruits and pastries, so you can take your time and enjoy your meal without rushing. The ambiance, rooms, and breakfast were all excellent. This short trip was incredibly comfortable, and I'd definitely recommend considering this hotel if you're visiting Guilin!

The design of Guilin Li River CIAO Hotel really impressed me. From the artistic dome to every detail in the room, everything was thoughtfully executed. The river view is absolutely stunning; you can see the Li River and Chuanshan Mountain right from your bed, and the scenery is beautiful both morning and night. The infinity pool and restaurant also offer great views. Staying here feels like living inside a landscape painting. Highly recommended!

This Lijiang Qiao Hotel is incredibly convenient, located very close to the Lijiang River scenic area, and the mountain and river views from the window are absolutely stunning. The hotel's overall decor has a stylish design, and it even features a dedicated intangible cultural heritage fan art exhibition hall, filled with exquisite handmade pieces. It was a wonderful experience for us and the kids to explore and learn about traditional crafts. For a family trip, staying here definitely offers a full and comfortable, as well as meaningful experience.

This Lijiang Qiao Hotel boasts an unbeatable location right next to the Li River, offering incredibly soothing views of the mountains and water from the windows. The lobby is modern and upscale, with a fantastic design aesthetic and a plethora of small intangible cultural heritage items from various ethnic minorities. The pool and robot service are a big hit with kids, making it perfect for family trips where you can enjoy both sightseeing and relaxation.

Staying at Lijiang Qiao was definitely worth it! The hotel beautifully blends aesthetic design with comfort, and you can tell a lot of thought went into every detail. The unobstructed river view is incredible; you can simply sit by the window and take in the stunning scenery of the Li River. The location is also super convenient for visiting Elephant Trunk Hill, yet it's still nice and quiet. I highly recommend staying here when you're in Guilin.

Guilin Lijiang Ciao Hotel (Liangjiang Sihu Elephant Trunk Hill Branch) Stay Experience I have never stayed at a hotel where the service was so consistently excellent from the moment I checked in until I left! Absolutely flawless! From the two bespectacled young men and women at the front desk who handled check-in, to the housekeeping auntie, the bespectacled gentleman on the night shift, the auntie at the breakfast restaurant, the assistant manager the next morning, and the young lady at check-out – every single one of them provided outstanding service and deserves commendation! Firstly, we checked in after dusk, and knowing I liked those small green plums, the hotel immediately sent two boxes to our room and even upgraded us. Later, we discovered a slight issue with the sliding bathroom door, and to our surprise, they proactively upgraded us again to an even more superior room. We were only staying for one night, and I returned to the hotel at midnight, thinking any room would do as long as I could sleep, so I felt bad about causing so much trouble. However, the hotel insisted on helping us with our luggage and changing rooms. The breakfast the next day was incredibly lavish. I've never seen a hotel proactively ask guests if they're full or if they'd like more food! Since I'm not used to having Chinese noodles for breakfast, I asked if they had croissants, and the restaurant staff actually went out of their way to find four croissants for me. I was truly touched! Afterward, we visited Elephant Trunk Hill, which was incredibly close, only a 9-yuan taxi ride away. After our visit, we returned to the hotel and enjoyed the complimentary hotel photo shoot. (Unfortunately, the photos weren't quite to my liking, so I didn't purchase any, and there was no pressure to do so.) Another commendable aspect of the hotel is the abundance of activities they offer! We had a great time making a small gourd ornament and even met some wonderful young people! Due to the hot weather and having nowhere else to go after the photoshoot, and with plenty of time before our high-speed train departure, we inquired about a late check-out. To our surprise, they readily agreed! Honestly, I've never stayed at a hotel where check-out could be so late! All in all, this hotel is truly exceptional! From the moment I stepped in until I left, I genuinely felt like a valued guest. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Guilin!

Came to Guilin with friends and highly recommend this hotel! The service was excellent. Our dedicated concierge contacted us in advance with all the hotel information and location details, and even proactively updated us on the weather. After check-in, they were super responsive and provided a lot of help. The room was very clean, and the vanity area was especially spacious. They even prepared bath amenities for us. Plus, the hotel is right by the Li River in Guilin, offering beautiful views.

Unexpectedly good service, something you rarely encounter at hotels, even five-star ones, when traveling. The room facilities were complete and very new, and they thoughtfully provided various Apple charging cables. The hotel's location is also very close to tourist attractions. I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Facilities: Traveling as a family of three, we were thoughtfully assigned a king-sized room. The bed must have been a good 3 meters wide! It was absolutely fantastic. Cleanliness: As someone with a bit of OCD, I was completely cured! ❤️🩹 The room's theme was beige and white. Environment: This is what I'm most excited to talk about! From our room, we managed to 'visit' two scenic spots without even leaving. The window offered a view of Elephant Trunk Hill, and from the pool, which backs onto the Li River, boats would occasionally pass by. The scenery was absolutely stunning. Service: Amazing! So thoughtful. We got free laundry and drying service. Breakfast: We got to enjoy authentic Guilin rice noodles! How perfect is that?
