Duong Dong Hotel

For first-time visitors to Phu Quoc, it was great to be able to quickly check into the room and rest. They also helped arrange a taxi for early morning flight departures. It would be even better if there were a few more Chinese signs and announcements. Thank you!

A one-night stay before a flight. The photos don't do it justice. There was no hot water in the room (the hotel is 500 meters from the main road, so you have to walk there in the dark at night). Another interesting thing is that the shower, as usual, doesn't have a partition, so you stand in the water afterward. The hair dryer is plugged directly into the outlet, meaning you can't take it into the room, and you have to dry your hair standing on the wet floor.

I had mixed feelings about this 1100₽ night hotel; we booked it for the convenience of our flight. Considering the price/quality ratio, it was perfectly adequate for a night's sleep and a quick shower; hot water was always available. However, the air conditioner in the room was broken and dripping, though it was quickly fixed after the first visit. The cabinet under the sink was broken, the shampoo dispenser was cracked, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the window shade was attached with a simple pole. Cups, a kettle with coffee and tea, two bottles of water, and a hairdryer were all provided. The balcony, while small and dingy, even had a clothesline, which was a nice touch. The bed, however, was very hard. Overall, it's livable and the staff was friendly, but I wouldn't stay here for long without a bike. The nearest cafes and massage parlors are a 5-minute walk through dark alleys, and the beach and bus stop are a 20-minute walk away.

A cozy hotel surrounded by tropical vegetation. Great location away from the noise and crowds. I'll be back if I get the chance.

For its price, the hotel is very good. The rooms are not big, but I liked everything and the price and quality correspond 100 percent.

The hotel's location is unfortunate. It's far from the road, the sea, and everything else. The hotel looks abandoned. There's a pool, but you won't want to swim in it because the area is so dirty. The sun loungers are all peeling and broken, scattered around the pool, and there are no umbrellas. There are numerous stray dogs living right on the hotel grounds. Rooms are cleaned only upon request, and the room is very noisy due to construction. I don't recommend it!
