Black Diamond VIP here, and this is the first hotel I've ever given a bad review to! Absolutely terrible! The room was tiny, only had paper cups, no coffee machine, no window, and the bathroom door wouldn't close properly. For such an expensive hotel at 2400 yuan and no breakfast included, it feels like a rip-off. The hallway lighting was also really spooky. Everyone, avoid this place at all costs!

I had to find a place to spend the 12+ hours between my arrival and on ward international flights. This location is perfect. The Yotel is very modern, clean with excellent facilities. I ate in the Yotel restaurant where the pasta meal was the best I've eaten - ever! The reception staff and waiters were attentive and polite. This was the perfect resting place between flights and a great place to shower and freshen up. Thank you. I will definitely use the Yotel when travelling in the future for long delay transfers.

Great hotel option if you’re just passing through Istanbul. Made getting back into the airport for an early flight easy and manageable. Would definitely stay again!

This is just awful! For this price, the hotel sets check-in after 6 PM and check-out before 9 AM! And breakfast isn't even included! Just two incredibly uncomfortable beds, so hard it feels like you're sleeping on a plank!!!

Excellent for a layover! It's right in front of the international departures check-in counter, perfect if you're transferring from another Turkish city to Istanbul for an international flight. The hygiene is also good.

This was such a good place to stay overnight. The room was actually huge. Quite a walk from the terminal but it was worth it.
