This is my second stay here, and I absolutely love the attention to detail at this hotel. The breakfast offers a great variety, and the location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores downstairs. I'll definitely be back!

Overall, it was great. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient, and the location is superb! The tram stop is right next door, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Times Square, Hysan Place in Causeway Bay, SOGO, and more. There's also an abundance of food everywhere, including many Black Pearl and Michelin-starred restaurants.

We had a one week stay at the Hari - its very easy to enjoy being here. The team are all very friendly and professional, the gym although small was clean, well maintained and was comprehensive with the addition of kettlebells and resistance bands. Cocktails were great on level 2 - very professionally made and our housekeeping folk were amazing, communicating with us on the best time to have our room cleaned. But the one thing that we really looked forward to after a day in the humidity and heat was the shower - the water pressure, the fresh towels - it hit all the right notes after a day of exploring. I would recommend this hotel and could come back in a heartbeat if I was looking for a hotel in Wan Chai.

The hotel staff, both in the basement and at the front desk, were incredibly welcoming. The cleaning lady was also very kind. The room was beautiful and clean. The hotel's location is perfect for getting around, shopping, and dining. It's definitely worth recommending. I'll choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hong Kong. During my stay in Hong Kong, everyone I encountered, from hotel staff and taxi drivers to attraction and mall staff, and even restaurant servers, was exceptionally friendly and warm.

We stayed two nights at the Hari and I am so sad that it is such a short stay because we absolutely loved the hotel. So much that even just staying in the lobby was very comfortable. Also although the gym is small it was really a full package !! It had most of the equipment we wanted and the lighting and sound level was comfortable for a workout. Will definitely come back.
