Cleanliness: I wasn’t able to use the water kettle and mugs as they were all moldy and even have dirty water inside the kettle. Location: Great! Close to a lot of restaurants and stations. Service: Front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. Sometimes wanting to get some coffee from the cafe but always no one around. Amenities: Walls are damaged. Not expecting it for a pretty new hotel.

I like my room and facilities fully equip. the Location is good close to shops and cafes, the foods are nice in the hotel. I will book again when we travel to same area. Thank you for being made my stay feel good.

This hotel is located walking distance from Wynyard Station. Walking distance to darling harbour and various other attractions. Hotel provided all the basic stuff, comes with a gym too. Basic breakfast selection from menu provided. Still water and carbonated water available for hotel guest at lobby level. The room we are given come with a small window that cannot open. AC in room seem to be control by sensor, despite us adjusting it to the lowest level and highest fan mode, we still woke up sweating at time, possibly may be just affecting the room we are in. However, other than that we are still happy to stay here.

Not my first time.... Will continue to stay here when i am in Sydney

It should be said that staying in this hotel is really a good experience in every aspect. The location of the hotel is superb, it is very convenient to get everywhere from here, either by walking or by public transportation.

Small budget room. Did the job. Happy with our stay. Great welcome from reservations at the front. Very helpful. We would stay again. Short stay as the room is too long for as for a longer stay, especially if we had the kids with us. It was just us this time so I certainly was good size room as we just slept.
