Hotel Crescendo Seoul

The front desk service was good and the hotel was clean. The room was quiet, but overall it was too small, with just a bed and a narrow hallway. Breakfast was a bit limited, offering only pasta, milk, cereal, and toast.

The surroundings are lovely and quiet. There's a subway station and airport bus stop right outside, making transportation super convenient. Plus, the room has power strips, which is really handy as you don't need to bring an adapter. Downstairs, there's a Starbucks, McDonald's, and a CU convenience store, all very convenient. If you're going to a show at KSPO Dome, the express line on subway line 9 gets you there really quickly.

The space is small, making it suitable for business travelers. If you have a lot of shopping, you might find the space insufficient. **Facilities:** There's a noticeable age to the facilities, for example, the bottom of the bathroom door frame shows some signs of disrepair. **Cleanliness:** Housekeeping is done daily at 4 PM. **Environment:** It's located in Gangnam, near Seonjeongneung Station on Line 9, Exit 3. Walk straight past two intersections, and it's on your right. The entrance is quite small, but there's a prominent restaurant right by it. A pleasant fragrance greets you as you enter. **Service:** The front desk staff greets you upon entry. There are no slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes. The hairdryer plug and socket don't fit very well, and the tissue box on the desk is practically empty, making it hard to pull out tissues. Also, they didn't seem to read my reservation notes (I had specifically requested not to be placed in the last room down the hallway).

The room isn't huge, but there's enough space to open one suitcase. The hotel offers free luggage storage. The hotel's location is quite convenient, situated between Seonjeongneung and Bongeunsa stations on subway line 9, with Seonjeongneung being slightly closer. It's a 1.5 km walk to the COEX exhibition center. There's a McDonald's, various restaurants, and cafes nearby, plus an Olive Young right across the street.

The room was spacious and very convenient, close to the COEX exhibition center. The front desk service was exceptional, with incredibly friendly staff. They also offer free luggage storage, and they even held a sample machine for me that arrived a week early, keeping it in excellent condition.

This was my third time staying here, and it feels like the experience is getting worse each time. This visit, the room was a bit too basic, but at least the bathroom was spacious.

Service: The front desk staff communicated well in English. Amenities: They don't provide disposable items like toothbrushes and slippers, so remember to bring your own. Environment: The room was very quiet, which I really appreciated. It's also close to the subway station, and right behind Seonjeongneung Park, which makes it very peaceful. A short walk (about one stop away) takes you to the bustling Gangnam area with lots of food options.
