A very positive stay overall. The breakfast and the lounge service were excellent and truly high-level, standing out as key strengths of the hotel. The Club room, however, felt quite basic and minimal, and we expected a bit more attention to detail in the in-room facilities. That said, the experience was enjoyable overall and the hotel is easy to recommend — especially at the right price.

Great stay at The Okura Prestige Bangkok. The staff were very friendly, the design is luxurious and elegant, and the location is excellent—especially being close to Central Embassy. The buffet breakfast was amazing, and the Thai food at the Up & Above restaurant was very good. Highly recommended.

It was a great experience during our stay there. Very nice hotel room, modern, comfortable & clean. The facilities in the room were great. Everything was smooth with the help of hotel staffs and the staffs are polite and friendly.

I have chosen okura prestige Bangkok this year to spend my birthday. They have specially arranged a decoration for me on the first day( my bday). According to my wife , this surprise decoration was arranged promptly via email. The hospitality was amazing, room services are good. Their staffs would do their best to make sure you are in a comfy mode. Check in check out time was personalized. P.s. their cake is a must try, it is a high quality Japanese style cake I had and I would want to buy one to home town as souvenir!

I've stayed at the Okura Hotel multiple times. Its location is excellent and convenient, and the service attitude is very good. Most importantly, I really love the hotel's breakfast; the food is high-quality and tastes great. It's also close to the BTS.

The room is so big and clean. The view in our room is good too. French toast was super good. Everybody should try!
