Facilities/Ambiance: For a 25-year-old hotel, the design and amenities are surprisingly modern and well-maintained. It's very photogenic, and the style is distinctly Tribe. I've stayed at Tribe hotels in Bangkok and Bali before, and their pools are always stunning. This one is no exception. Cleanliness: Up to standard. Service: Up to standard. I received a complimentary upgrade to a Tribe Essential pool-view room, which was a nice bonus. The location here is also fantastic. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs for convenience, and you can walk to popular areas like Jungceylon. There are also plenty of dining options nearby.

This fancy-vibe decorated hotel is extremely likable for photo posting travelers due to it's instagrammable theme. The parking was limited and had lifts installed. Would have been helpful to have a security guard around. Whatever the hotel lacks in experience is made up by the cheerful and helpful staff. They changed my room to a corner room when I informed that they I was disturbed in the morning from the morning traffic. No questions asked. Extremely accomodating. The breakfast was on par with some of my best hotels for Good Breakfast. The chef, Goldie catered to our special needs and made delicious Parantha and Indian Masala Tea. If this level of service is the norm here, there is no reason why I wouldn't book here again.

Facing the street, it's incredibly noisy with motorcycles constantly revving their engines. If you're looking for a quiet rest, definitely avoid this place. The hotel is new, but the service is poor. It stated check-in was at 3 PM, but even though I arrived early, I couldn't check in until 3:30 PM, and it wasn't even peak season. They also put me in a pool-view room right next to the elevator. It was noisy inside from the elevator and outside from the motorcycles. Just give up on sleep here.

This is Accor's latest hotel in Phuket, featuring their new concept. Everything about it was new, stylish, and innovative. I particularly loved the breakfast – it was superb, chic, and incredibly delicious. The pizza I ordered via room service was also amazing; it tasted authentically stone-baked and was the best I've had in Thailand. Everything, including the service, was excellent, but there was one drawback: rooms facing the pool also faced a busy main road, and the noise was quite severe, making it loud even at night.

The room I stayed in was incredibly quiet; I barely heard any outside noise, so I slept really well. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and I ate so much! I only stayed one night, but I hope to come back again, hehe 😁

The service was excellent. Due to Songkran, check-in wasn't until 3 PM, but I was in a rush and didn't get back to the hotel until 5 AM. When I checked in, my luggage had already been delivered to the room. The bedding was very comfortable, the facilities were new, and the pool view room was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again.
