The cabin was amazing. But trying to get the cabin location and get in contact with the company was a pain. I’ve stayed with post card cabins before but booking with them after them being bought buy the Marriott was an inconvenience. I tried getting in contact with customer service and was forced to talk to an AI the whole time. The cabin amenities is amazing but in the cabin I was staying in, the bigger windows blind was broken prior to coming in and I had to fold up the blind because the pulley mechanism wasn’t working. Aside from the 2 problems I had everything was amazing. I would definitely book again when the Marriott fixes their customer service.

I found the service very poor. I paid for a suite and only got a single. They charged me a lot of money, and it wasn't what I asked for.

The check-in process was very easy. The passcode to get into the cabin was provided about two hours before check-in. Upon arrival, the cabin was very clean and stocked with necessities. I was able to keep in contact with the staff via text and they were very prompt to respond.

If you are looking for a clean and quiet place—the perfect spot to disconnect from everything and connect with nature—I truly loved this place. I highly recommend it; without a doubt, I will be back.

Staff was very courteous helpful and responsive. The outdoor space was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Very cool experience!!
