The room size, cleanliness, and complimentary mineral water service were all excellent. While the view was unfortunately of the building across the street, the spaciousness of the room made up for it.

We had an incredible stay at Hotel Okura. Chose to book this place to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. We were able to enjoy our overnight staycation to the fullest thanks to the relaxing and quiet atmosphere of the hotel and its attentive staff. Our room didn't have the best view, but we were still able to enjoy the room amenities like the Hinoki tub, the smart TV where we can log in to Netflix and the free Nespresso pods. Breakfast was decent with enough selection from Japanese to Western cuisine. Another thing we truly enjoyed was their appetizing and filling afternoon tea offerings. We'll definitely want to book again.

Lovely day at hotel Okura. The staff were very attentive and extremely helpful. The room was excellent and extremely impressive. The breakfast was a highlight with a huge selection of quality food.

Check-in to check-out was smooth and comfortable. The hotel service was great, the room was lovely, and even though the breakfast didn't have a huge variety, everything I tried was delicious. The staff were all very kind. The only downside was that the room was a bit dusty.

Easy check in process. Location is nice as many cafe or restaurants are nearby. Staff need more training especially the reception side. I was waiting at counter for check out. Only I am waiting during the time. The staff saw me yet I was left waiting for 10mins there while she is talking with another staff in blue jacket.

Excellent service! Great food selection of breakfast buffet. Loved our spacious room, the birthday little surprise for my boyfriend and the complimentary coffee from nespresso machine. And of course, I really enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna 👌🏼👌🏼

Excellent value for money! It was ranked among the top 10 best hotels in Manila for 2026, I believe it was even number 3. The breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse.
