I had a wonderful one-night stay at Hotel Okura. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful from start to finish. The room was spotless, modern, and equipped with state-of-the-art features that made the stay very comfortable. They were also very accommodating with my room setup requests, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

What I was most dissatisfied with was the service; it was incredibly cold, not even a smile! The oldest man at the front desk – I've truly never seen a front desk staff member like that before! I won't be staying here again! Bad review!

Very good experience - different from usual hotel with the designs ; not very crowded & noisy, clean. Bed firm with soft pillows Only concerns : water from faucet will take minutes to become hot & room very cold difficult to control the aircon temp

Really good service, rooms and breakfast as always. Dean and team at the front desk are very accommodating and proactive in ensuring my stay was top notch. Only gripe is the gym which isn't 24hrs. Hopefully that can be remedied soon.
