Shangri-La Nanshan, Shenzhen

The Shangri-La Hotel in Nanshan, Shenzhen boasts an excellent location, and the rooms are comfortable and spotless. Alicia and Phoebe provided warm and attentive service, making our stay truly enjoyable.

This was our wedding anniversary trip, and the room decor was beautiful. The staff were polite and friendly, and the restaurant food was delicious. Our room was clean and hygienic. Vivian, Zia, Nico, and Alan at the front desk provided excellent service.

The room was bright and comfortable with an expansive view. The hotel service was meticulous, anticipating guest needs in advance. The complimentary afternoon tea in the room was exquisite, and breakfast was incredibly rich. Highly recommended!

The hotel service was quite good, and the night view from above was beautiful. In the morning, after the rain, the scenery outside the window was lovely. The pastries at breakfast were excellent. Facilities: Good. Cleanliness: Great. Environment: Very good. Service: Excellent. Minibar: Fantastic.

Really loved the hotel's decor and design, and a big thank you to the hotel for the birthday surprise they arranged for my friend! The views of Shenzhen Bay and the city skyline from the window are absolutely stunning. The hotel exudes an oriental elegance, from the birdcage-shaped minibar in the room to the floral and bird motifs found throughout. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, equipped with amenities like a Dyson hairdryer and a smart toilet, making it both clean and convenient. Breakfast is incredibly diverse, with freshly made rice noodle rolls and wonton noodles, offering a real taste of local life. The biggest surprise for me was the 77th-floor infinity pool – swimming while enjoying the night view was pure bliss. The service was warm and attentive; Nancy, Julie, and Vivian at the front desk were particularly helpful, showcasing Shangri-La's consistently excellent hospitality.

This was my first time staying at Shangri-La Nanshan, and the hotel's design really caught my eye – from the lobby to the guest rooms, everything was very stylish. Staying on a high floor, I had a panoramic view of Nanshan and could even overlook the 27-hole Shahe Golf Course. The expansive view was incredible, making me feel like the world was at my feet. I particularly want to mention the breakfast on the 66th floor; it consistently met Shangri-La's high standards, and being able to enjoy such a pleasant view while eating was a fantastic experience. The room was incredibly quiet; I barely heard any noise from the hallway, which ensured a great night's sleep. Overall, I was very satisfied and will definitely choose to stay here again.
