Shangri-La Nanshan, Shenzhen

I didn't expect to find such a great hotel in this city, really impressive! The service was excellent; they even offered me lounge access despite me not being a Shangri-La member, which was a pleasant surprise. It was really convenient for having drinks and getting some work done. The design is fantastic, and all the facilities are brand new. The only slight downside was the tall construction site across the street.

My stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen Nanshan truly exceeded all expectations, I simply have to rave about it! 💁 Butler Service: Nico was incredibly attentive! Nico called me in advance to confirm my check-in needs and preferences. On the day of arrival, she even upgraded us to a bay view room on a higher floor with a stunning view, free of charge. She personally escorted us from the ground floor all the way to our room, explaining all the facilities and providing helpful tips along the way – so thoughtful! During our stay, any request we had was met with an immediate response. Nico, our butler, was truly caring, gentle, and professional. 🌃 Night View: The 'cloud-level' vista was absolutely breathtaking! The hotel lobby and guest rooms are mainly located from the 66th to the 78th floor. Even before entering the room, you can overlook the entire Shenzhen Bay, which is truly stunning. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows on the higher floors offer an exceptionally expansive view, with Shenzhen Bay and the city skyline spread out before you. In the evening, the golf course, the 'Spring Bamboo' tower, and Shenzhen Bay are all visible, making the scenery particularly amazing. Gazing at the city lights from the 66th floor, any fatigue instantly melted away. 🍽️ Dining: Both the buffet dinner and breakfast were plentiful! The dinner buffet offered an incredibly rich variety of dishes, with seafood, sashimi, desserts, and Haagen-Dazs ice cream – everything you could wish for. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also very extensive, with many options. The freshly made congee, fresh coconut opened on the spot, and authentic Hong Kong-style dim sum were all fantastic. The freshly made rice noodle rolls and morning tea dim sum were also very authentic. Breakfast was enjoyed at the high-altitude restaurant on the 66th floor, offering panoramic views of Shenzhen Bay. Eating breakfast by the window, while enjoying the scenery, was pure bliss. Overall, the service, views, and dining were all top-notch. I'm grateful that my Trip.com Black Diamond membership's 'one city, one room' benefit allowed us to experience the charm of Shangri-La Nanshan.

The Shangri-La Hotel Shenzhen is absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻 Both the decor and the service level are definitely top-tier. The breakfast is also incredibly rich, and the smoked salmon, which isn't offered at every five-star hotel, was delicious. The room view was great too! Next time I come to Shenzhen, I will definitely choose the Shangri-La Hotel Nanshan again!

Simply perfect! 😍 The service was excellent, and I spent the whole day enjoying the Executive Lounge. The small desserts looked unassuming but were surprisingly delicious! I highly recommend them! However, the coffee was awful, both at breakfast and in the Executive Club. The room was spacious and comfortable. The minibar was chargeable, but the complimentary snacks were all very tasty. I don't know the brand of the conditioner, but it felt really good to use. They even gave me a set of samples when I checked out. This time, I tried the swimming pool, and it was perfect! 😍 There were very few people. I had an hour of uninterrupted swimming before a handsome guy arrived, so I had the whole pool to myself, hehe. The steam room was also very comfortable. 😌

My husband's birthday prompted a trip for the two of us to Shenzhen, Guangdong, followed by a visit to Alishan in Taipei. We stayed two nights consecutively in Shenzhen. **Facilities:** Excellent, with imported faucets and bath products. **Cleanliness:** Spotless. **Environment:** A commanding, elevated view. **Service:** The staff across all areas—front desk, restaurant, security—were professional and had a wonderful attitude. Their service was incredibly friendly, communication was swift, and their comprehension strong. **Breakfast:** Extensive and varied. For my husband's birthday, the room was decorated warmly, and we were upgraded to a sea-view room with welcome fruit. **Room View:** The view from our 70th-floor room window was absolutely stunning, offering an unbeatable panorama of Shenzhen Bay and the light show at Talent Park. The hotel's welcoming staff were so friendly, making us feel right at home. Next time I'm in Shenzhen, I will definitely choose the Shangri-La brand again.

Overall, my stay was excellent. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, even providing complimentary breakfast for children and afternoon tea at the executive lounge. Their attention to detail was truly impressive. The only minor downsides were that the air conditioning in the breakfast restaurant wasn't very effective, making it a bit stuffy during meals, and the parking lot had limited spaces. However, the customer service team personally assisted me with the parking issue. Everything else was perfect – the room was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip. A big thank you to the hotel's customer service department for decorating the room and making my birthday memorable.

We chose the Shangri-La Shenzhen Nanshan for our fifth anniversary, and our experience totally exceeded expectations! We'd noted it was our anniversary in advance, and the hotel thoughtfully decorated with rose petals, towel swans, and heart-shaped balloons. The handwritten card was a lovely personal touch – huge thanks to the staff who made it, their effort really shined through. We also received a complimentary bottle of Le Rosé red wine, which was perfect for a cozy evening drink. We had a Bay View room, offering expansive views. The breakfast selection was extensive, and we enjoyed views of the bay from our window seat. Everything – cleanliness, service, and facilities – was top-notch. The staff were warm and attentive, paying attention to every detail. It's truly ideal for a couple's anniversary trip; we made such wonderful memories. Highly recommend!

The Shangri-La Nanshan, Shenzhen, perfectly embodies what 'just right' luxury service truly means. Wendy proactively contacted me a day in advance to confirm my check-in preferences and meticulously coordinated everything, for which I'm very grateful! Any small requests made during my stay were promptly attended to. The turndown service in the room was exceptionally detailed, and the entire minibar was complimentary, ensuring an endless supply of drinks and water every day. The in-room direct drinking water system is both environmentally friendly and hygienic. The executive lounge thoughtfully arranged four meals a day. All tableware was from the Lihues brand, and the breakfast spread was also extensive. My room offered expansive views, and the facilities were top-notch. The lighting and power outlet designs were very well-thought-out, providing a very relaxing stay whether for leisure or business. It's definitely worth another visit.
