Front desk clerk tried to be helpful. 2 people came in and interrupted our check in. One was a person complaining. The room we were assigned smelled like smoke, was unlocked when we got there and the smoke alarm was dismantled. My daughter and I felt unsafe

This property is a complete disgrace. I've never left any kind of review anywhere. But this very brief stay required it. We didn't even stay the first of two planned nights. I made a reservation at a nearby Hampton Inn within 20 minutes of being shown our disgusting room. The room was filthy. The beds were filthy. The bathroom was filthy and the shower inoperable. The patio area outside the room was strewn with garbage and dirty. Worst of all the room was not secure at all. The only entrance is sliding glass doors onto the gross patio - in a back corner of the property and dim, dirty pathway to the room. The LOCK did not work from the outside. You couldn't lock the door when you left the room. So you couldn't leave anything in the room. The office attendant was clueless, and the office was as wretched as the rest of the place. Dirty mops and old vaccums completely visible behind the counter. The attendant had to walk us to the room around the parking lot and down the back alley because there was no way we could have found it. Then entire place is a joke and an insult to any guest and all of Hampton Beach. The Board of Health should close the place. And ******* should end its relationship with it. Just having it as an option to be booked is damaging to Expedia's credibility.

First time here. Comfortable. Very nice staff. I would like to come stay in the summer when the pools are open. I'm sure we will.

Slightly obstructed beach view but there is a deck and a pool and it’s close to everything. The hotel has seen many years but it is maintained and clean with a few updates. Could do with a few more updates in the kitchenettes but it is well stocked and I’d stay there anytime!

Showed up to check in and place was basically closed with no one at the desk and door locked. There was a piece of paper in window with a number to call. Tried 4x with no answer so had to book somewhere else. Hotel also refused to refund my money. Please avoid this money scam!

Very dirty, vents to bathroom and stove were disgusting. Window shade broken.

We realize that going to Hampton Beach is all about the beach. But a lot of the resorts are now getting old and we don't feel as if they are keeping everything up to snuff. The mattress and the bed are falling apart. a good nights sleep would be nice. Time to replace the old beds and mattresses.

No, the room was not spotless. In fact, I was going to ask for a groom to sweep the floor. Yes, the staff seemed courteous when they brough us coffee and towels.

Really nice room with full kitchen short walk to Hampton beach. Perfect for a fishermen who doesn’t want to spend all his money eating out. Refrigerator stove oven microwave coffee maker.
