Great location and fantastic service, with exceptional value for money. There was a minor issue with the air conditioning, but fortunately, it was handled and fixed promptly.

The room was excellent, and the service was warm and attentive! Especially the cleanliness, it was spotless.

The hotel is located on a high floor in Runcheng, right next to Wanda Plaza, making it very convenient to take a taxi to the Provincial Museum and Kunming Station. Most rooms are loft-style with smart home features. The zero-pressure mattress is very comfortable, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows are a highlight, offering panoramic views of Kunming city in the evening, perfect for photos. The rooms are clean, and the bathroom facilities are complete. There's also a tea area in the public space where you can enjoy Pu'er tea. Breakfast includes local specialties like Yunnan rice noodles and 'Shao Erkuai' (grilled rice cakes), offering a rich selection. The front desk efficiently handles check-ins and provides attentive service. Overall, it offers great value for money, suitable for family trips, exhibition visits, and short layovers.

The room has a separate wet and dry area, and plastic slippers are provided. There are free drinks available daily, and a laundry room with complimentary detergent and a dryer. The service is excellent; if you can't make it to breakfast, they'll pack it for you to take away. It would be even better if small soap bars were provided. I forgot to take photos of the room, only the laundry room.

The room offers excellent value for money. It was clean and odor-free, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Overall, it feels like the owner puts a lot of heart into running this place, especially the breakfast – it was exquisite and delicious, clearly not just an afterthought. Highly recommend!

Visited during the Mid-Autumn Festival and had a fantastic experience. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, even giving us some fresh flower cakes. They also upgraded our room when we checked in, which was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and classy, with excellent high-rise views – perfect for moon gazing during the festival. Breakfast was also plentiful.

During my trip to Kunming, Yunnan, I came across a truly excellent hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The breakfast was plentiful, the room decor was comfortable, and the location near Kunming Station was great. The customer service was warm and welcoming. As the last stop on our 2-week Yunnan trip, it was a perfect end. Next time I visit Yunnan, I'll definitely choose to stay here for a few more days.

Self-driving travelers, please note: The hotel is located on the 29th and 30th floors. Contact customer service in advance to get directions via WeChat. You'll need to drive into the underground parking garage and follow the signs. Any non-private parking space is fine, especially on level B2 near the hotel entrance. When you arrive, call the front desk on the 28th floor to open the door. The hotel is on a high floor, offering great views of Kunming's sprawling cityscape. I also managed to get some good sunrise photos. The afternoon tea was lovely; small portions but very refined. The same goes for breakfast. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk and service staff were very friendly!
