The hotel is directly opposite the entrance to the Alhambra, about 400 meters away on foot. For parking, it's best to use the Alhambra car park, specifically P1, as it's the closest to the hotel. However, you'll need to climb a short flight of steps and cross two roads to reach the hotel. If your luggage is too heavy, you can drop it off at the hotel entrance first. It's a great place to stay overnight after visiting the Alhambra, and it's very quiet at night. The facilities are quite basic, but everything you need is there, and the breakfast is decent, standard quality.

This hotel is rated 4 stars, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it so close to the Alhambra. It's literally just a two-minute walk from the main entrance. Right across the street is the attraction's parking lot, which was spacious and sufficient. I paid 23 Euros for parking from 5 PM until 10 AM the next day, which is a standard price in Spain. It was quite quiet at night with no undesirable people around. Breakfast and the shower facilities were also good. The only minor drawback is that it's about a 20-25 minute walk from the city's commercial district, and it's an uphill climb all the way. Walking back after dinner in the city was a bit breathless due to the uphill walk. If you're driving, remember to turn into the attraction's parking lot as soon as you see it. Don't wait until you see Porcel Alixares to think about parking, because by then you'll have missed the entrance to the parking lot. The surrounding roads are all one-way, so it would take about ten minutes to loop back around.

I was only here to visit the Alhambra this time, and Porcel Alixares was perfect. It's right at the entrance of the Alhambra, so walking to either of the two gates takes no more than 10 minutes. You can park directly in the Alhambra's dedicated parking lot. I highly recommend trying the food in Granada!

The room size, facilities, and hotel location were all as per the agreement. The only downside was the expensive parking, as we had to use the Alhambra car park. Breakfast and dinner were decent and edible. The main advantage was the affordable room rate.

The room was very clean, and it's only about 200 meters from the Alhambra, a direct walk. The red mini-buses C2 and C5 both reach near the hotel, with C5 even stopping right at the hotel entrance. I highly recommend taking the red mini-buses; they offer a scenic tour of the entire city while circling the mountains. The hotel also seems to be a regular performance venue for a guitarist, with shows every Wednesday. I actually attended a Spanish classical guitar concert right here at the hotel, which was a wonderful experience. In Granada, you can buy an Andalusia regional green bus card, which is valid in Granada, Seville, and Cordoba for subways, buses, and trams. Each bus ride costs around 0.63 euros, with free transfers within an hour. However, it cannot be used on the EA line to Seville airport (the driver said it wasn't valid, so I just paid with my credit card instead of the green card). You can buy the green bus card at 'tobacco' shops; just search for 'tobacco' on Google Maps for navigation.

Excellent value for money. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but clean, and the room type is large. The hotel's pool and cafe have a great environment, very pleasant. It's very close to the Alhambra, which is convenient. Both Uber and taxis can reach it, and the 35 bus also goes there. Liked it.

This was the cheapest hotel of our trip, yet it was the best overall. It's very close to the Alhambra, within walking distance, and has a swimming pool. It's clean and tidy, and the rooms are quite spacious. Highly recommended.
