Four Days, Three Nights of Cockroaches
The staff, location, and setting are excellent—but room 24 had a severe cockroach problem that overwhelmed everything else.
On the first night, turning on the shower sent 30–40 cockroaches out from behind the curtain. From that point on, it was constant: cockroaches in the bathroom, cockroaches on the walls and ceiling, cockroaches in the kitchen, cockroaches on the counters, dishes, drawers, and even in my bag. Every night and morning, more cockroaches.
I reported the issue immediately. Despite assurances, the response was minimal—two traps and delayed cleaning. The cockroaches continued nonstop, though numbers dropped slightly after I spent days killing cockroaches myself.
Clear signs of infestation were everywhere: cockroach droppings, smeared cockroaches on walls, and cockroaches across multiple surfaces and rooms. On my last day, I still found cockroaches under the coffee maker and even on my pillow.
For over $1,100, this was an unacceptable, cockroach-infested stay and the worst lodging experience I’ve had.
