The hotel is in the old town of Siena. If you drive in, you will enter the ZTL restricted area. If you park in the hotel parking lot, you don't have to worry about ZTL fines. Not recommended, hahaha. The hotel is located inside the scenic area, and the sound insulation is very poor. You can hear the voices of tourists... and the toiletries are also quite average 😅😅😅 It is easy to be photographed by ztl if you drive... Even if you follow the route on Google map, you will still be photographed. The hotel can help to eliminate it, but you need to park the car in their garage, and the price is more than 60 euros a night...

The room the romote as the main attraction for the hotel was booked for a wedding, so we were unable to visit. This should be informed by before arrival as this is what makes guests want to visit. Other hotels even reach out to inform about weddings on the departure day just to inform that late checkout is not available. The rest of the hotel does not live up to five star, so since the room was unavailable our visit became wasted. We informed staff but no compensation was suggested. Also bridal shoots in the underwear in the lobby when other guests is there was incredible unapropriate, and the lobby should be reserved private for such thing. Will not be going back.
