Bellagio by MGM Shanghai on the Bund

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, housed in a charming old building right by Suzhou Creek. It's incredibly close to the Bund, offering direct views of the Oriental Pearl Tower. The city view room is fantastic, very high-end, and the location is super convenient for getting around!

The stay at the Bellagio by MGM Suzhou was absolutely fantastic! The decor is exquisite and elegant, with a sophisticated and high-quality feel. The service was warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. The room layout was grand and spacious, providing maximum comfort. From the facilities to the furnishings, quality and care were evident everywhere. The overall experience was extremely pleasant. The breakfast was superb and very refined. It was truly a memorable and high-quality stay~

This was our second stay at your hotel. It has a chic black and gold design, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. My child absolutely loved it, and we all had a great night's sleep. A special shout-out to Moon! We checked in late at night, and Moon patiently explained all the hotel services to us, including the buffet times and location. We were very impressed. We'll definitely choose your hotel again next time we're in Shanghai.

I brought my child to Shanghai for a trip during Chinese New Year and choosing the Bvlgari Hotel Shanghai was truly a wise decision! The location is excellent, right next to the Suzhou River with amazing views! The room was super spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable to stay in. My child had a blast in the hotel pool, and the staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was also delightful. Definitely worth a huge thumbs up! Penny also provided very attentive service!

Extremely satisfied with my stay. Even though I didn't win anything in the many raffles, the front desk still gave me a little lion toy. The service was thoughtful in every aspect, and the hotel was very relaxing. The room with a terrace was truly fantastic; the actual view was exactly like in the promotional pictures. The iconic Shanghai skyline in the distance and the serene Suzhou River downstairs created a striking contrast, adding a unique charm. And most importantly, you can smoke out there! 🤦‍♂️ Five-star recommendation.

We chose the Bellagio again this New Year to let my parents and child experience the festive spirit of Chinese New Year in Shanghai. The hotel was full of New Year cheer, with festive decorations perfectly suiting the occasion. Its sophisticated yet understated style made for fantastic photo opportunities. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was just right—not too soft, not too firm—ensuring a good night's sleep for the whole family. The restaurant was also excellent. And Penny! She handled our check-in super quickly and always greeted us with a smile every day. She was incredibly prompt in addressing any requests we had, making our stay very comfortable. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next holiday!
