Our family trip to The St. Regis Maldives was truly a dream come true. Since we were traveling with our 7-year-old daughter, we were a bit worried at first, but the resort’s thoughtful service and warm hospitality made our stay absolutely perfect from start to finish. We stayed in a Sunset Overwater Villa, and it was simply breathtaking. The deck led directly into the ocean, allowing us to swim together and watch colorful fish and coral right in front of us. We even encountered turtles, sharks, and several kinds of rays — such a rare and unforgettable experience! At night, we lay on the hammock gazing at a sky full of stars — it was magical and peaceful. The Kids Club team was incredibly kind and caring, and our daughter wanted to go there every single day. Activities like coconut painting, jellyfish crafting, and treasure hunting became special memories for her. While she enjoyed those moments, Mom and Dad had some quiet time at the spa, relaxing while looking out over the ocean. The butler service was outstanding. Our butler Abanoub took care of every little detail — our schedule, dining, and activities — with genuine kindness and professionalism. We truly appreciated his warm heart and dedication throughout our stay. The food was also exceptional. We loved dining at ALBA, Orientale, Crust & Craft, and T-Pan — each restaurant offered unique and delicious dishes. The kids’ menu was well-prepared, and every meal during our seven-night stay was delightful. Watching the stunning sunset and the sabrage ceremony at The Whale Bar was another highlight of our trip. All the restaurant staff were always friendly and attentive, making every dining experience even more enjoyable. On our departure day, our daughter said, “Let’s come back to the Maldives again!” She even shed tears before and after the seaplane ride because she didn’t want to leave It was the perfect resort for families, and especially wonderful for children. We can’t wait to return again someday.
